I can't recommend Precise Chiropractic in Lake in the Hills highly enough. I came in with severe, chronic pain from a long-standing case of spondylitis, along with a recent disc herniation that left me barely able to walk or sit. The sciatica that radiated my whole body was excruciating, and I was desperate to find anything that could help before my next step being a visit to the Neurosurgeon. Dr. Dace wasn't sure he could help me but, he performed a thorough assessment, determined that even though my case was complex, I was indeed a candidate for treatment, and developed an aggressive care plan to fit the 7 1/2 weeks I was visiting from out of town. His goal was to help heal the herniated disc, reduce the pain and give me some function and mobility and to my amazement, it worked! Dr. Dace and Eve, along with Nelly, Kristina and Laura --played an important role in my recovery. They were all very kind, patient, compassionate, and incredibly gentle throughout every visit. Eve was especially critical as she shared her knowledge and experience which brought comfort and confidence when I was at my worst. She, Dr. Dace and entire team not only treated my pain but also took the time to teach me how to breathe properly, move safely, listen to my body and be patient with myself during the healing process. Their expertise, encouragement, and genuine care made an incredibly difficult time much more manageable. Where do I start..... A good friend recommended this office and for her to love it I had to check them out. When I called to set it up the ladies were very friendly and professional. When I walked into the office it was clean and welcoming. My exam went well and my follow up was a bit overwhelming but it was time for me to take care of myself. The doctors are very patient and talk you through what they do and why. They want to find the root cause and fix it. Not just cover it up. I set up my appointments and my health journey began. Like most of you reading this I was skeptical that this wouldn't help my neck and lower back but I can truthfully say that it has helped tremendously. 3 months in and all was well until I hurt my back. I messaged the office to let them know that I would be coming in for my normal visit but I was injured. Dr Sebastian on the fly switched up my care plan to now just care for my injury. I injured my back on Sunday, could barely walk and sit on Monday but slowly with Dr Sebastian's adjustments it is now Thursday and I can sit and walk. I can't believe I'm feeling better already. I've seen the staff at PCC several times but this most recent testimonial is for my daughter. She has been a tippy toe walker for quite some time, and at 5.5 it's been a challenge to get her to stop. I can't rave enough about this practice. I came in with terrible sciatica and I only have only been there 6 times and I walked out of there yesterday with so much relief and 90% in less pain. Where do I even begin to express my gratitude and respect for the staff and doctor. I came to Precise Chiropractic Center almost 2 years ago with neck pain. I have been to chiropractors before and no one has been able to help me, they would just say work out more and be more active. I would try but end up hurting myself more. It was a vicious cycle. I suffered from daily headaches and weekly migraines. I was always uncomfortable with stomach issues, achy back, pain in my hips. I never felt good. My goal was to fix my neck pain because my other issues I just brushed it off that it was just a "me" issue. After under the care of Dr. Fuska for about a month I finally started to feel better. Not just the neck pain but I started noticing I wasn't getting headaches that frequent anymore and my other discomforts weren't happening as frequent. I am now able to work out with no issues and have so much energy! I can't remember the last time I have felt this great and pain free. I decided to bring both my kids there too because I was so impressed how they all helped me. My youngest also had frequent headaches and neck pain. Which are now almost non existent. This chiropractic center was referred to me by my friend Lukas. I had back and rib cage pain to the point that I couldn't take a deep breath. In addition I had head and leg pain every morning. The first what Dr. Sebastian did was evaluate what was happening And why I had all the symptoms. After discussing and exploring all issues  with my spine and all pain related to it, me and Dr. Sebastian decided that I have to start 24 visit therapy to work on the issues. I'm pretty much in the middle of the therapy and I feel much better and it looks like we are going in the right direction. The Precise Chiropractic Center is literally THE best Chiropractic care I have ever experienced! After waking up one morning with severe back pain, barely able to move, I knew I needed help! I made an appointment after a day of thinking the pain would go away on its own. I visited Precise and was so thankful and amazed at the immediate attention! First- the facility is extremely neat and clean. Sanitizer everywhere as well as cleaning supplies, and face masks enforced (thank you!). On the first visit I had X-Rays taken and was offered an adjustment on the first day due to the severity of my pain after discussing my situation. The next day I was so much better! I had a follow up appointment to recur my X-rays and was really impressed with the time dedicated to understand my case and explain to me what was going on with my spine. It is a journey and after two weeks I was significantly more mobile and felt like my normal self again!
