I went to the ER with kidney stones, and was told to follow up with a urologist soon. I called Dr. D's office as soon as I got home, and 45 minutes later, I was in his office being seen. I really despise taking pain medication, but it was necessary at the time, and appreciated that it took the edge off and I wasn't crying from pain the rest of the day. I was in surgery the very next day, and pretty much out of pain after that. I didn't need to take another narcotic, thank God. Orange Goody powders are the most amazing thing on the planet! Dr. Dino treated me as if I was family, and he treats every one of his patients that way. I know this because my father was his patient, and there is no way he would be alive today if he'd had to go to anyone else. My dad had to go into surgery every day for a while, just to change his bandages. During my dad's long hospital stay, Dr. D got to meet my entire family because we're a close bunch. We really felt like he was a part of it when dad was finally discharged. I apologize for rambling, but I could go on and on about how wonderful of a doctor he is. I just wanted to go home and not further waste my time. They will lie to you some more so you get even more upset that they keep lying to you. Then they'll chase you out of the office saying you're yelling at them when you're literally just crying and distraught that you continue to get lied to and treated like shit and you're now unable to get very much needed spine surgery to prevent further permanent spinal cord damage because of this negligence!!! They do not listen and they do not care. They'd rather harass a very ill and disabled woman right out of their clinic! Such disgusting behavior and lack of compassion for anybody. They had NO idea what I was even talking about with my spine. Not one clue. And they sure don't care whatsoever. Run far away from this clinic and don't look back! Being in pain, I called Clarksville Urology as soon as I got home. Their office had me in within an hour, and 24 hours later I was in surgery. They shuffled schedules to accommodate me. My follow up care has been very important to them, and I've really appreciated the care I've been given. Dr. DeLaurentis also treated my father in the past. My dad wouldn't be alive if he hadn't. He respects and treats his patients as if he were treating a member of his own family. You can't find a better doctor than this!

All the good experienced staff have recently left because they got tired of the chaos and how the office is managed or not managed. Dr Anderson himself is ok and an ok doctor but he fails to listen to the patient and the patient has to repeat themselves multiple times over multiple visits and then has to have a stern talking to the doctor before he takes a moment to actually stop and listen. He does a poor job of running his business at the satellite office in Clarksville. He would be better suited in a hospital where he has co-workers who manage him and the patients time properly.

I spent several weeks with a Bladder bag, long-term pain and inability to do normal everyday life things due to this botched surgery. In 2021 , the bladder repair ruptured! I became extremely I'll very quickly and no one could figure out why at first. By the time someone had figured out what was going on , I was septic and my kidneys had began shutting down . After emergency life saving surgery at another hospital by a truly knowledgeable surgeon , I then spent almost 2 weeks in the hospital meanwhile missing Christmas with my children . Once I was able to go home, I was bedridden with a bladder bag for several weeks and then unable to do daily life activities for over 6 months . To this day , I am still greatly affected and undergoing treatment for the botched surgery performed by Dr. William McIntosh. Please do not use him for your treatment!!!

I had not met a doctor or a nurse or any other medical provider yet. I did not feel comfortable committing to that financial obligation before meeting the doctor. I had zero information about the birthing location, common practices there, etc etc! The billing rep got flustered when I asked to sign the contract after my second appointment, and told me in a smug tone that I couldn't see the doctor that day unless I signed the financial contract. I got up and left. I feel that this office takes advantage of women in a vulnerable state by making them choose between the wellbeing of their baby and financial resources. That they use COVID as an excuse to silo women so that they are alone when making these commitments. I'm disgusted that the contract mattered more than my initial appointment. I have good insurance and a good job; there was no reason to block medical care outside of being slimy and money-hungry Also, the contract said NOTHING about cancelling the payments if I changed my mind about the provider. The billing rep said plenty of assurances that were not on the document itself. They didn't seem keen on adjusting the contract either I will never come back here. Businesses will keep up with these practices as long as we let them. Expect better and walk away when you feel financially coerced.
