HE HAS NO UNDERSTANDING OF ELDERLY PATIENCE NEEDS WHO ARE ON FIXED INCOMES. Dr. Dennis Ortiz then performed a surgery on my mother and then when she called him reporting pain afterward - he did not call her back until 36 hours later by which point she had to call an ambulance and was taken to the hospital. Once she was in the hospital he recommended that she check out against medical advice of the hospital which would lead to Medicare not covering her stay. Thank goodness we found another Urologist for her. DR.ORTIZ IS INCOMPETENT.
