Dr. Ali Tajik been our family doctor for years, he is very smart , caring and helpful doctor. No matter how busy he is he always take his time to answer all your questions & he also take his time to double check with you make sure you understand everything. My parents they both are old and there has been many time I call or text doctor very late time (feeling very guilty to my self), but he always there to help me without any kind of attitude. I had a good experience with Dr. Tajik so far. But the Filipino lady who works for him is so mean and rude. It makes me consider finding another doctor's office that is kinder to people who are coming in for care. Dr. Ali Tajik has been our primary physician for several years now. He is a great doctor! He's very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! Dr. Tajik and the entire staff especially Josephine are beyond amazing. Started bringing my mom to Dr. Tajik recently. Dr. Tajik seemed very detailed and attentive to my mom's needs. We are very happy with him. Reason I only gave 3 stars because the staff is poorly trained and unorganized. I submitted referrals for authorization couple times and each time I call back for an update they don't have a clue about it and say they will resubmit a new authorization which causes more delays as authorizations take time. On top of that they put you on hold forever and never return your call. Few issues... updates, authorizations, and RX. Overall staff needs training otherwise great doctor. read more

First of all he is good looking, fit and young and most all informative and makes you feel comfortable. Very disappointed with the staff many times! Can't deal with this anymore. They don't care about the patient. Watching tv show and let the patient wait. First time I went to Dr. ali tajik, he was very kind and nice and he referred me another Dr. I was supposed to receive a call from Ali Tajik in 4 to 6 day, but the never call me back. And the worst thing is when I called them every time they said hold and they'll never let you explain. After holding they ll say we will call you back but they never do. I received a referral but not single call from Dr Ali tajik's staff to let me know about it. Second time: This time I am feeling back pain for the last two months and one month ago I went to see Dr. ali tajik. He said we are requesting for your referral immediately! But after one month and 10 days, I didn't receive any call or notice. I called them more than 4 times. Every time "hold on please! Can I call you back?" Never let me explain! And today I just called them and one of there staff's lady said we requested for referral on 6th of this month! I am in shock why they waited for more than a whole month for just requesting a referral?! When I asked them why did you guys request so late? Answer was "I don't know!?" Dr. Tajik is an amazing, well educated, kind hearted, humble doctor. He's been my PCP as well as my parents and my brother's doctor and I have nothing but lots of respect for this man! Every time you ask his office that you need to talk to him by phone, he'll make sure he returns your call that day even if it's 9 pm and he's home with his family.
