The technician secured the exhaust piping and stated he would take it to the garage I chose and he would fill out the paperwork for me and drop off the key at the garage. This happened on a Sunday. This saved me from getting a ride to the garage and completing the key drop off paperwork. The technician treated the vehicle with care and was very courteous. I usually head to Costco or Valero for fuel, but Mobil is listed as one of the retailers of Top Tier Detergent Gasoline so that's a decent incentive for my trips here. They have small store items and a microwave for getting snacks and drinks on the go. I admit that I have not tried them out for auto repairs or service, but I have been referred to them in the past. I may give them a shot when I drive my winter beater again. When I asked an employee how much it was to use their air pump to fix a flat, he responded, "it's free; one of the few things left free in this world." You couldn't be more right, man.

I hooked up my auto tire pump machine and got 4 pounds out of it. I guess the air was blowing out as fast as it was pumping it in. I called Triple AAA and gave them my information. They said my wait time was about an hour and a half. Humm, well I know the towing and wrecking business when I did it years ago. And when you get busy you do get busy. I said fine, no problem. About half hour goes by and in comes Excel. I have worked with them before. The drivers name was Mark. Mark's a 17 year veteran wrecker operator. I'm not sure if other towing companies use this, but I like the addition of the mini wheels they put on the back of your car so you're not adding miles during the tow.
