They said my wait time was about an hour and a half. Humm, well I know the towing and wrecking business when I did it years ago. And when you get busy you do get busy. I said fine, no problem. About half hour goes by and in comes Excel. I have worked with them before. The drivers name was Mark. Mark's a 17 year veteran wrecker operator. Truck number 23. :) He did a great job in record time, very polite and professional. If you need a wrecker, call Excel, they do great work.

His attitude was extremely negative. People like this should not be working with the public. He was unpleasant and dismissive when I asked a question. In my experience, this company is the worst ever. If you don't know how to be kind when someone is having a problem on the roadside, which is already nerve-racking as an older adult, you shouldn't be in business. This was the first and last time I'll ever use this very rude and not compassionate company. If I had a -1000 as a review, I would definitely give it to this company. They definitely excel at being rude and not client-oriented. The tolling driver Matthew Spontaneo literally showed up, didn't even address us, didn't say hello, when greeted and wouldn't have a conversation and stated that he didn't have time to talk to anyone. They have small store items and a microwave for getting snacks and drinks on the go. I admit that I have not tried them out for auto repairs or service, but I have been referred to them in the past. I may give them a shot when I drive my winter beater again. They got back to me quickly. The dumpster was placed in the best spot for the size, they were easy to work with when I needed to extend and they picked up on time. Communication was great throughout the entire rental period, and everyone was helpful and kind. I will definitely use them in the future!
