Years before we had our disposal removed after we got new countertops for the kitchen. Apparently, the plumber then made shortcuts unbeknownst to us. In order to have our new dishwasher installed, we had to fix the mess underneath the sink and get it up to code. All Hours were unbelievably amazing! They were able to come out the next day. They were on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. Best of all, reasonably priced! Morris Jenkins quote was ridiculously expensive! Finding a reliable plumber is very difficult in this day and age. I mean... Who really knows what…read morethey are doing down there, right? We recently had a leak from our tankless water heater. I called a couple of plumbers that I've used in the past and they were slow to respond or were unable to come out within a reasonable timeframe. We received a flyer from Full Spectrum in the mail. I'm always very skeptical to call somebody new without a friends reference. I called Full Spectrum and they were polite, professional, understanding, and were able to get somebody over very quickly to stop the leak. We did have to replace the water heater and file an insurance claim for the damage from leaking water. The entire thing would've been much worse if they had not responded so quickly. And they went out of their way to replace the unit very quickly. After everything was completed, I realized that hot water was taking much longer to reach our kitchen than it had in the past. I called Full Spectrum. They did not hesitate to send a technician back to our home to try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Based on past experience, which is pretty extensive after owning several homes and investment properties, I think the charges were very reasonable for an emergency call, priority, service, new parts, and a revisit.

The guy was under my house and back out in 7-8 mins. I knew what was wrong because I've had someone else out to repair the couplings in another place and they did a look over and said this would happen again and that my couplings needed updating (surges in water pressure make the connecting couplings that go to 2 pipes, pop off). So I explained I knew what happened and what needed repairing. The guy even agreed when he came back. He offered to do a full complete under house new coupling connectors on all the connecting pipes for 11,000.00 dollars (lol). Or just 647.00 dollars to literally slap some sealant on the coupling there and push the pipe back in or do a 5 mins repair and replace one couple, putting the 2 pipes in the one connector. This is literally something I could've done myself, except I have a back injury and cannot crawl. So the last company came out and fixed one coupling 1 year ago and charged me 200 bucks. I SHIT YOU NOT, this guy wanted 647 dollars for a very simple repair!! I told him to please leave my house and was quite offended that he tried to gauge me like that. I called back the same guys that fixed the first coupling. To be fair I paid them 280 bucks, adjust for some inflation and perhaps a small material fee. Do NOT call Full Spectrum Plumbing for plumbing needs unless you just want to pay 2-3 times what you should for a repair! In the end I used Precision Plumbing.

He was absolutely wonderful -- fast, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Logan immediately found the problem and explained exactly why it happened. He told us the supply hose that failed was an old style from the 1980s that is now outlawed because it's known for bursting. He replaced it with a safe, modern line and showed us what to watch for to prevent future issues. His calm, clear explanations were such a relief in the middle of a late‑night emergency. I honestly don't think I could have slept tonight with that water leaking, and Logan truly saved the day. Excellent service, fair, and professional. We are so grateful and highly recommend Option One Plumbing -- especially Logan! Vincent and Danny from Option One Plumbing were outstanding.
