Melissa did the bride's hair. They were both very funny and nice. Even defer a situation between the bride and her sister, the niece had black nail polish on and was told to have a nude color for the wedding, the bride was upset and another stylist can right over with nail polish remover and repainted her nails. Situation solved. They were all great and would recommend them for any bridal party.

Before even signing our contract, I expressed how my hair can be difficult to work with and I was assured it would not be a problem. I even asked for recommendations for extensions to help my hair hold a curl. Clearly none of those concerns and information were passed to the stylist prior to my trial. She was unaware of me using extensions. She also stated I should've washed my extensions before hand which had I been told, I would've done so. Also she said I should've came with day 2 hair from washing which I also would've done if that information was provided to me. Same also stated I needed special clips for the halo extensions which did not come with them, I even ordered from 'hidden crown' as that was the website you suggested to me. When my hair was finished I was at a loss of words as it did not look like anything I had envisioned. She ensured it would much different the day of the wedding. But I didn't not feel confident that it would look like anything I had envisioned. While driving my hour back home I felt scratching and tugging under my hair. I found 8 clips that were left in from my hair being curled.. when I messaged Sam she ensured she would do a more thorough look the day of... and also kind of laughed the over sight off.. the extensions also fell out on my ride home.. which apparently is because I didn't have clips but the website does not even sell these clips that Sam showed me so I'm confused as why I needed them. Sam was very nice but I will say it is a turn off to hear other stylists in your salon shit talk and joke about clients while there are clients in the salon. In any work place those conversations happen, I work with criminals and customers at my second job. However there is a time and place, and to do it in front of other clients is not appropriate. I can clearly tell Sam is just out of school based from her Instagram, and it does not look like she's had much hair experience outside of school. I would assume for a company that has and advertises how well they are they would not have stylist right out of school doing bridal hair, especially when a bride expresses concerns. I wish Sam nothing but the best in her future of hair but I do not feel comfortable with your company doing my hair on a very important day. As a bride we have enough stress on our hands, I do not need added stress of how my hair will look. There is 89 days until the date of service so I am not required to pay any portion of the second half of the expected expenses. I am sad to say I regret booking with your company. ** not included in my cancellation but I should've ran when I saw the red flags, I signed the contract that was sent to me by the owner and after the fact she goes "our prices have gone up after the new year..." yet I agreed and sign to the original prices before the new year and she sent me a contract with those prices and then went back on her word... My husband had a beard trim with hot towel shave and enjoyed the experience with Leslie a lot. His beard looked great (far less scraggly!) after. I had a scalp massage (super relaxing!) and hair cut with Aryn. It's hard to trust someone the first time, especially with wavy hair, but she did a great job and really listened to what I wanted. She was also very engaging and easy to talk to. As an aside, their hand painted walls are gorgeous! Wonderful experience, we would definitely come back.

Originally when I had reached out I was booked with Joanna for make up and another girl to do hair. But I guess that girl had left and so Joanna contacted me to ask if Tyler was okay to fill in. I did do a hair/ make up trial about a year before and wore it all night to another wedding I was attending so I could get the full effect. At first I was nervous about the airbrush make up but I fell in love. It lays so nicely on your face and really gives a flawless finish. I had some blemishes on my chin and they were perfectly covered! We had 5 girls for make up and 8 for hair. All of my girls looked amazing at the end. Each did their own slight variation of a light glam make up look. Joanna even gave me a little case of my lip color after she was done so I could touch up throughout the night! Tyler seriously killed the hair dos! My girls each requested a half up half down look with a little different twist to each. Their curls held all night as well which is a huge plus because some of them had longer hair. It amazed me that he could look at a picture for less than 5 seconds and perfectly mimic what was being asked for. Both of them were so enjoyable to work with, day of and prior too!

Thought i would try a new place to me as its not far away. I should have read the reviews on here…read morefirst. Bad decision on my part. It's a factory. They literally used a walkie talkie to get me a technician as i went to a pedicure chair. Went for gel pedicure and dip french manicure. "MY" did the pedicure and Tina did my manicure. One was doing my feet at the same time as the other started my hands. As you can see paint on my skin and feet. When she put the alcohol on my big toe it bunt so there's a cut. Hopefully i don't get an infection. For the dip they don't use the pour over method. They dip your nail in the container, again not the best for hygiene. Nails on hand clipped too short and dip thick. She offered to fix baby toe but i declined at that point i was done. . $62 for manicure and $62 for pedicure. I definitely didn't get what i paid for. I wont be back.
