The vibe is salon 100% and boutique. This is my favorite place to get mani's! I love their giant cup of butterscotch tea. Their dazzle dry mani's last longer than any other place I've gone to. Don't waste your time here. The manicure was mediocre and didn't last. The nail tech was rude from the start, annoyed that i arrived with dip on my nails. She even told me i was "lucky" she wasn't busy and that she'd squeeze me in. Really? Every other salon i've been to removes polish without issue. I had my first pedicure at this salon today and thought it was a wonderful establishment. The owner, Robin, really took her time with my nails and was able to relieve some soreness I felt from a sharp part of a toenail that I wasn't able to cut evenly. The soaking bowl is brought to your seat making it incredibly hygienic (the basins with the water jets are basically impossible to clean and can introduce bacteria to any broken skin). The essential oil blends smell wonderful and they have an extensive complimentary tea menu! Give them a try if you haven't already. read more

I have most recently gotten a leg wax and the aesthetician was meticulous, often checked that wax temp was okay and the process was as painless as it can be. The room was comfortable too. Went in for my first bikini wax yesterday and needless to say, I was a bit nervous. Lucky for me, Shannon was the warmest, most welcoming person I could've asked for. She made me immediately feel extremely comfortable and in good hands. And I definitely was! She was impeccable in her work, kind in her approach to the client, and also just very fun to chat with! The rest of the salon looked clean, relaxing, and posh. I was offered a nice hot tea for my service-- it felt like a little tucked away oasis! i came to polished to get a pedicure because they offered callus removal which i've never seen before. the space is cute, and their complimentary tea was very nice (im more of a coffee girl but i thoroughly enjoyed the orange tea!) however my issue with the salon came at the time of service. i had limited time to pick out my polish colors and felt rushed to do so. the nail tech was very nice but quiet, but what really made the experience not relaxing was the pedicure procedure. they don't have chairs with built in tubs, so i was sat in a chair with my feet in a fancy bucket and a plastic bag on the inside. for the callus removal i had to take my feet in and out of the water multiple times and it was at an awkward angle so i couldn't really just lay back and relax. i never leave bad reviews and i try to see the positive of everything but the whole experience was very awkward, expensive, and i left not feeling too happy overall. i don't think i'll be coming back here for a pedicure- but maybe for some tea and a different service read more

That means you're not going to get any foot infection or fungus growth under the nails. This is often overlooked but nail infections are very difficult to get rid of, often requiring a topical and an oral antibiotic. So, to be able to go somewhere where all the implements are sterilized and then also maintained in a sanitary environment means you can relax while having a most pleasurable treatment! Not to mention the many menu options depending on how much you'd like to splurge and what your time and budgets allow. It's a beautiful place with lots of light coming through the windows and a friendly staff with whom to chat. That pretty much checks all the boxes and then some! read more
