The atmosphere is outstanding in the arena with the Dirty Birds, FGCU's very loud and rowdy student section, leading the way. The Golf Club at Crown Colony was the site of the 2022 LPGA Drive On Championship hosting the…read moreworld's top women golfers and a $1.5 million purse. Many of the players expressed the opinion that this was one of the finest courses that they would play the entire year on the world tour. The course is currently closed for a course update and major redesign of several holes. A new 126 seat sports bar pavilion is currently being constructed to attach to the existing clubhouse. The course and clubhouse are anticipated to reopen in December 2026. Private non-resident memberships are available at very reasonable rates and there is no waitlist.

Asking a simple question does not warrant being spoken to as if you are unintelligent, and nothing warrants being spoken to with the condescending manner in which Ginny C. speaks to every person who is unfortunately subjected to interact with her.
