2025 Spring Training Home game comes to an end on March 23, 2025. We watched the final Spring Training Home game at JetBlue Park. With Alex Cora returns for his 7th season as manager, the Red Sox has pretty good team in place with the recent signing of Alex Bregman on March 15, 2025. With Alex Bregman at 3B, Kristian Campbell at 2 B, Jarren Duran at 1B, Trevor Story as SS, Jarren Duran at LF, Wilyer Abreu at RF, Connor Wong at C and Ceddanne Rafaela at CF, this is a strong team and well positioned. May be Twins' pitching or humidity, Red Sox did not have the fire power today. Twins over powered Red Sox 9-3. Oh well, it is only spring training! read more

This is the perfect size park for a child's first baseball game. We had lawn seats and there weren't many people out there - which was great for kids to run around. The ballpark isn't too big and everything is easily accessible. I greatly appreciate the ticket takers as my 3 y/o son lost his sunglasses on the way in. While walking out the same ticket taker who helped us look for them when we entered stopped us and told us he'd found them shortly after we'd walked into the park! Sigh, it pains me two leave this review but it did take away from our experience, so here we go. We visited jetBlue Park two days in a row while watching the Savannah Bananas. Parking was a breeze and getting to the gates was just as easy. The stadium is beautiful and a great nod to Fenway. The staff and volunteers here were all wonderful and just so happy to see everyone. What wasn't great. In the few trips to the men's restroom during my two day visit, I often time ran into no soap in the dispensers and empty paper towel dispensers. The restrooms were atleast clean. We ordered two buckets of popcorn as we really had to have the Savannah Bananas popcorn bucket. At $20 a pop, I expect the popcorn to be decent. Yes, I know we are mostly paying for that fancy popcorn bucket, but the popcorn here is horrible. Apparently Aramark runs the concessions here and they pop all of the popcorn either that morning or the day before. There isn't the slightest hint of butter, and I guess they expect the popcorn to absorb the salt from the air, due to the proximity of the Gulf of whatever we call it these days. I asked about getting new popcorn and that is when I wasn't informed that it is not popped fresh. I was also asked, what do you expect, we are all just volunteers. While that was a really horrible answer, I thanked them for their help and kindly said when paying that price for popcorn, I expect it to be edible and maybe remotely warm. I was very kind and appreciative of any help, shame on me for asking for edible popcorn I guess. Someone else did go to the kitchen to offer me some salt. It was a nice gesture, but this popcorn needed more than just salt. I think one of the big things that took away from the Savannah Bananas though was the joke of a sound system they have. The Savannah Bananas don't just play baseball, they play Banana Ball and the entertain the fans. There are alot of announcements and music being played. While the game on Saturday didn't start off with great sound, it does appear half way through the game on Saturday they may have blown an amp, as from then on it was even quieter and even harder to hear for the rest of the weekend. Please invest in a better sound system. I also noticed they did not dim or turn off the lights when the Savannah Bananas did their "Yellow" routine. Not sure if this park is not capable but other parks with the same LED lighting systems are able to turn them off and back on with no issues. Some of them even can flash them in various banks, and few have LED colors. While parking was easy, leaving was not. We literally did not move for about 30 minutes. There were tons of people waving us in when we got there, where did they all go when it was time to leave? It would have been great if they could have helped facilitate a better exit. We had a great time with the Bananas, but this park needs to work on a few things. read more

This place has no idea how to hire/staff. Dozens and dozens of useless parking people. I can park myself thank you very much. Didn;t giv any choice in spots. All unpaved. Garbage. Old wrinkly men who should be at hme playing canstata. Very rude with their sticks. TOns of "may I help you" FAKE personaility people. Old hags that should be retired. Only good employee were Tom at parking who expained some stuff and Jenn at the front of thebox office. Only having 2 people inside the box selling tickets, allowing a too long line, when you have dozens and dozens of useless people, is a joke. Tickets too expensive unless you spring for the good ones in the shade. There looked to be like 4 people total in the bleachers, and no more than 25 on the lawn. Only reason they are getting a 2nd star is we saw a lot of home runs and not too much fake sound piped in. read more

I went to the Estero Fine Art Show at Jetblue Park, which is also well known as the winter ballpark of the Boston Red Sox. Jetblue Park was the perfect venue for the show. The dramatic modern architecture of the stadium area and its overhangs itself are artistically inspiring. With its huge lawn spaces, there is plenty of parking and its semicircle paved drive perfect for ease of walking and vendor setups. It also has huge bathroom facilities negating the necessity of using those Johnny on the Spot or other portable toilets; to me a real Godsend. The great thing about Jetblue Park is that it lends itself so well, not only as a professional league winter ballpark, but for so many other activities as well. read more

I'm from south Florida where we have the newly built Marlins Park. So I didn't know what to expect coming to JetBlue Park for a spring training game. The park it's self is very nice and kept incredibly clean. It was a VERY hot day out and I was not sitting in a shaded spot so I ended up walking around a bit and enjoyed some snacks and lemonade in a shaded place. The parking was easy as well! read more

I am definitely not a Red Sox fan but I can certainly appreciate the masterful reproduction of venerable Fenway Park in Ft. Myers that serves as the spring training home of the Sox. Nothing but praise for the stadium that faithfully recreates the shoals, eddies and idiosyncrasies that make the configuration of the ancient ballfield in Beantown so memorable. Access is a breeze as is parking which is a sentence you'll never utter as you approach Lansdowne Street in Boston. Tickets are reasonable as is the food which is another thought that will never cross your mind at Fenway (which has the most expensive tix and concessions in MLB.) Frankly, I couldn't care less who won so this was the most relaxing sporting event I've attended in recent history. Just a great day strolling taking in the game from different vantage points. If you're in the area next March a visit to mini-me Fenway is an idyll well worth taking. Five easy stars. read more

And you better be a drinker because the only drink vendor we saw was for beer walking through the stands. 90 degrees and beer,,,no thanks..unless I want to do a header on to the field...and he said "last call" 6 times so apparently last call is for two hours....and long lines for the bathrooms too, after you drink those beers, nothing like busting a kidney at a ball game...I saw EMT on site so ,they have you covered. The happiest place on earth for Red Sox fans! We had a blast enjoying two spring training games here. The park was opened in 2012, and it is beautiful with great sight lines from any seat and a down-south version of the famous Fenway Green Monster. Food and drink options could definitely be better, but I can always enjoy a fenway frank and some fries. The staff there is incredibly friendly and so helpful. They have live bands outside in the concourse before the game starts and everyone is just having fun in the sun. We got to meet Wally! read more

Really nice ballpark and today we were here for a Boston Red Sox game. Spring Training, hosting those bastards the New York Yankees. We arrived early, at around 10:30 for the 1:05 game start. Lots to see outside and the team store is open until the gates open at 11:00. Parking was easy and plenty of it on a large grass field that has coral and shells for lanes. $10. Traffic management was pretty good and the ballpark is only a mile or so from the Interstate. Metal detectors at the gates and my ticket was scanned just past that. I had a bar code on my phone as I'd bought the tickets on Stubhub as the Ticketmaster "official" site was sold out. The venue is nice and we had comfortable seats past the dugout along the third base line. There's a net but it really didn't help. Lots of foul balls here but at least no burning line drives. My brother managed to get a ball during batting practice which was super cool. We were in the front row of the grandstand, section 218. The Sun was overhead and behind us until around 3:00 PM. Thank goodness for the sunblock dispensers or I'd be seriously hurting now. Sadly, the Yankees won. read more

I have been to a few minor league parks and also been to spring training for the St. Louis Cardinals in Jupiter. JetBlue Park matches or is superior to any of the smaller ball parks I have seen, What was great is you can be out of the sun and still have a great view of the game. The canopies that are around the park did a great job of keeping me from burning up. Frankly I was rather amazed I was able to score tickets for the Red Sox vs The Cardinals. While not sold out the only empty section was the bleachers. Atmosphere, service, easy of entry and exit all make this park a great place to catch a spring training game. read more

This is an amazing experience from start to finish. Easy into the park which is regulated by the Lee County Sheriffs Department. You roll in with easy parking and the hospitality staff is pulling up in a golf cart to wisk you away to the game. Or you can walk the 50 yards to the opening gates. Great staff all over. Easy in , great seats and an amazing stadium. Fenway of the South is such a fitting name. Go on the cheap bring your own water , and a beer cozy to keep it cold. Freeze overnight and let start thawing on the way to the park. Pick the seats with shade ! Which are the ones level 2 behind home plate and towards first base. You want lots of sun? Pick seats left of home plate , 100 sections down to Third Base. Sun galore. Free sunscreen. How can you go wrong. This is my favorite. read more

The red socks were playing today and I was completely amazed at how many people were here. I could easy guess there were about 10,000. The energy at the stadium was amazing! So many people charged up to see their favorite team go head to head. The stadium was very well taken care of and I loved the feeling of the fresh new chairs and tables. He was so excited to see his favorite team up close! Nice stadium! Our seats were out in right field and we loved the view! Plenty of food options. Purging more from the old drafts. How relaxing it is to be at JetBlue park (AKA.. Fenway South) Spring training facility for the Boston Red Sox. It is located just north of RSW. On the other hand, get ready for a hectic tortuous short and seemingly long drive out where the road becomes a parking lot. Even as wide as they built and planned. I'm not a civil engineer but anyone can see there is a big bottle neck to get in.= traffic. The parking attendants, beer guys and ushers and many of the staff are here for training as well. they were friendly and I noticed that many of the Miami Marlins fans came to watch here as well. Make sure to bring a bottle beer coozie that takes the newer aluminum cans 16 oz. it will keep your drinks from boiling in the sun. the staff here are pretty good at checking if you need more beeeh heeeya. Sunscreen and Sunglasses help too. Good variety of food here with the longest lines being the pizza place near home plate. I prefer to have beverages and snacks on the ride up then happy hour on the way back. as stadium food is rarely a good value. My buddy has season tickets and his wife cancels every now and then. Yay Me! he said that the dimensions and layout is an exact copy so its some what novel to look at the trees and odd artistic hurricane engineered roof. Every seat here is close just like it would be at Fenway park. So Pay attention as balls do come off the bat very quickly and a few people just found out the hard way. looking over the green monster you will see a steady flow of planes taking off northward. that can be hypnotizing so like I said "Watch for stray balls and bats!" This guy. Huge baseball fan. Yankees fan. But definitely enough of a baseball fan to catch some spring training ball no matter who is playing. The night I went was Boston v. Toronto, and it was a blast. I won't disagree with the issue of traffic, but I think the police did a great job managing cars on Daniels both entering and exiting the stadium. We got there pretty early and we went a different way. So if you are coming from, well...any direction really, take a (left or right) onto Plantation Gardens Parkway (off Treeline), a right onto Commerce Lakes, and a right onto Gateway. That will bring you past the stadium, allowing you to enter from the other direction, bypassing much of the traffic coming in from the other side. The food was actually pretty good and the prices were really reasonable for a baseball game. Beyond the traditional pretzels, hot dogs, burgers, and pizza, there is a crab shack and a BBQ place offering up some good food - we tried the crab roll (awesome) and the pulled pork sandwich (load it up with extra BBQ sauuuuuce). Stick to beer, as the mixed drinks (rum and coke) are small, watered down, and overpriced. All the domestics, as well as a nice display of Sam Adams and I saw shock top out there somewhere. The "beer here, BEER HEEEYA!" guys are rolling with aluminum domestics at $6.75 each, so beer is within reach at any point in the game. We sat in 103, behind home plate - and I thought the view was fantastic. The seats are a little wider than what I am used to (very comfortable) and the stadium is small enough so that there really isn't a bad seat in the house. Sure, there are a lot of ushers and other such employees that have what one might refer to as a "Massachusetts attitude" (I lived in MA for 7 years and know that the other descriptor is taboo) - I got the glare and the hand wave for putting my feet up on the seat in front of me before the game started, but it really wasn't a big deal. I've never been to a stadium that was this clean (granted its only been open a few weeks) but the ladies near us had their sandals off with their feet on the floor, unheard of at any NYY game I've been to. Facilities were nice, I did see an out of order sink, but with that many people in and out of there on a daily basis one should probably expect something to be broken at one time or another. Overall - parking was easy, food was great, drinks were plentiful, seats were comfortable, and the view can't be beat. -- a little slice of New England with some Florida flare. read more

Made it to the final game of spring training 2021 and we couldn't be happier with the experience! This is the nicest of the spring training stadiums we have visited so far. There were a LOT of workers there just looking for ways to help! There are golf carts available to pick you up and take you to the gate, Most all the 200 level seats are covered/shaded. My tradition is to eat a hot dog at every park and these are GREAT! Grilled jumbo hotdogs, even the last day and the end of the game they were good!! I checked out JetBlue Park last year for Fort Rock, and had a nice time on the premises. Parking was easy and exiting wasn't too bad, considering we left after the first day of performances had ended after 11pm. Located on one of the main roads with easy access to I-75, JetBlue is easy to reach and access. While it's known for hosting spring training games by the Boston Red Sox, it's also great for hosting concert festivals. Outside of their expensive well drink and beer selection, my experience that weekend was a fun one. Not one did I feel crowded or overwhelmed, and I was 20 feet from the stage watching Def Leppard perform on the first night. If there were more festivals taking place that I would consider attending, I will return for sure. They know how to accommodate large crowds and put on a good event. read more

It was fun to see a Sox game at the replica park. Loved the old scoreboard from Fenway (back in the day). We opted for standing room on the Green Monster. View was good there, but I would bring binoculars if I went again. I expected the food and drink to be less pricey than it was since this is spring training game. It might have been a little less, but it was quite over priced and nothing special. Parking was less than Boston, but again, is it necessary to charge for spring training? We were very impressed with the friendly staff. Everyone in the parking lot, serving food, checking tickets, cleaning, ushering, security, etc. was in great spirits and made us feel welcome. They seemed to sincerely want us to enjoy our experience. Made us want to work there! Overall a fun day at the park. We went again on a day when there wasn't a game. it was a great day for a ballgame. The sun was out the wind was breezing and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. Miracle stadium was packed with Twins and Redsox fans eager to see the second official game of the spring training season. Even though there was a large crowd getting into the park was a pretty quick process. Directly to the left as you walk in there's the 2018 World Series trophy on display. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to snap a quick picture with it. After making your way a little further into the park, you're greeted with a bevy of food and drink vendors. I was in the mood for simple ballpark food so i decided to go with a hot dog and a beer. It only took a couple minutes to get the food, but it took at least 5 minutes to get through the line to pay. I arrived at the register with nothing but a crumpled up paper wrapper and asked the gentleman to please ring up one hot dog. He had a very confused look on his face. I had seats in the right field bleachers. The area was alive with cheers and sat just above the lawn seats. I found myself wishing for a little shade as I looked around the crowd at the different shades of red everyone was turning. Luckily I took advantage of the complimentary sunscreen stations positioned throughout the park. I spent half the game at the bleacher seats and the other half standing on top of the green monster. I looked on the left field foul pole to see if my signature was still there, but a fresh coat of paint coated anything from the years past. The game was a back and forth battle. The Red Sox managed to pull out the victory with an impressive show of hitting in the 8th inning. The only gripe I have with the park is the fact that they literally ran out of bottled water half way through the game. read more

I attended a Red Sox pre season game here and had a great time. Bring $10 cash to park. The staff working is mostly snow bird retirees from the area and everyone is very friendly, very helpful, and they often have a joke or a great story to tell (though service can sometimes be a little slow). This park is brand new, and the really cool thing is that it's a mini replica of Fenway Park in Boston, Big Green Monster and all. If you arrive at the game a little early you can watch the teams practice a little, and sometimes even get a autograph. We had great seats behind home plate for ~$30 each, but I honestly don't think there's a bad seat in the house here the way it is setup. In terms of concessions they offer beer, wine, and mixed drinks depending on which concession stand you go to. We stuck to beer, and they offer a few craft options, so it isn't all Bud Light. Beers are $7-8 for probably a 16oz portion, so although the stadium pricing is apparent, it's not nearly as bad as it could be especially since I've paid $12+ for beers at other sporting events. They have tons of food options. The concession stands that are built into the stadium take credit and debit cards as well as cash and have your basic hot dogs (Fenway Franks), hamburgers, chicken fingers, and pizza, but near the entrance a few of the local restaurants have set up stands and you can get a little more variety (I know I saw tacos). Since we attended the last game of the season, the gift shop was doing 50% off. I would normally never buy anything in a stadium gift shop, but with the sale I couldn't resist and got a hat for $15. The gift shop offers plenty of merchandise specific to spring training and "Fenway South" so you can get things you wouldn't be able to get elsewhere. Though I'm not the biggest sports fan I had a great time here, and I felt the prices in general both for the game and the concessions were reasonable given the circumstances. The announcer gave us the Boston weather report before the game started which I found amusing. But because I'm like mayonaise (mostly fat, don't do well in the sun), I was happy to have seats in section 218, row 7 under the awning. I visited the shop before the game and bought a hat. It was the last day and the shop was crowded, but they had plenty of hats to choose from. The food prices seemed about right, but the mixed drinks at $8.50 were pricey. The drinks were too small. My seats were $25 ea and I can't imagine paying more. I recognized many of the players, but they don't play the whole game. Who would pay more to see a bunch of minor league players make errors? (though it was a much better game than the Orioles vs Yankees game I saw the week before in Sarasota. P-U) With parking, food, beer, and a ticket you could spend $50 easy. It seems like a lot unless your on vacation trying to catch a ballgame on an 80 degree day in March. That said, it was a nice day out and Ellsbury made a great catch which the announcer dubbed catch of the day in the 2nd inning! Sox won 4-2. Go Sox! read more
