Lying to me about ups pickup
Thomas D.

Ive ordered my second holster because i like the appendix carry.. they screwed up my shipping the first time. Then the second time they did the same thing and keep lying to me about ups' delivery schedule. Horrible customer service i will not purchase from them again no matter how nice they look. Purchased by thomas g on dec 30th.. label created on the first it is not the 4th and ups has not even picked it up yet.

They changed my city to say "Coronavirus"
Patricia R.

They changed my city to say "Coronavirus"! Their customer service was no help and offered an insulting discount for my troubles. The woman spoke over me the entire time, took no responsibility, and made it sound like it was my fault. I ordered gifts for my friends and when I received the package saying, "Coronavirus" in the biggest font, my stomach dropped. I'm sure that anyone who has been sick or lost anyone would understand. After giving them an opportunity to make it better, I eventually asked for a complete refund. Which they did. This company was recommended to me by a friend and we are both so disappointed by my experience. Very damaging to future business. I'm sure anyone living in Corona that has given them business will think twice about recommending them. I had to give them one star to leave a review, but they have zero respect from me.

each notch is a angle adjustment Neat!

Took over 6 weeks to receive shipping information, was just about to contact my CC company and file a dispute. Poor customer service.

I recently had the misfortune of buying ammo from Rob and Heidi at a local gun show. After having…read moreto extract a broken casing from my 9mm I had the ammunition examined to find out that it was severely overloaded causing primers to balloon and one case exploded, distorting the base of the case so bad that it blew the primer right out of it. The shape shift and move around, changing their numbers and finding anyway to get out of honoring their products, which by the way are not their products. They purchase bulk ammo from other vendors and repackage or not the ammo for sale on their travelling side show. The box of 1000 9mm rounds I purchased from them had brass from 4 different manufacturers and 3 different brands of cci primers being used. The powder charges were all over the map. Stay away if you want to avoid gun damage and/or bodily injury from firing their garbage ammo.

Oh No! Prices are higher than most others. As we walked in, could not find anyone to help us. I…read morejust hope people did not come in to help themselves with ammo. I'm in some gun clubs and I hear many problems about their ammo. Jamming guns, ammo coming apart, primers falling out. Some of the guys took their guns to gunsmiths to take the guns apart to remove bad ammo. No returns, No refunds. Your problems are your problems. If I could give this place no stars, I would. I did google the owners, they seem to move around with different names including a court case. Sooo, just say No to this place.

Their customer service is top notch. They have a good…read moreselection of products. They had a good price for the items I wanted. I received a parcel with a damaged product in it. They replaced the product with no hassle.

After years of ordering hundreds of items such as hazardous materials (solid-fuel rocket motors;…read morechemicals; lithium batteries; firearm components; wine; assorted petrochemicals; devices that contain radioactive materials -- such as smoke detectors; and a plethora of items that can't be shipped to a post office box), I've finally found a company that stands firmly on the rock of ignorance and foolishness: US Tactical Supply. Add to that encountering one of the rudest individuals to ever work in a customer service position. I'm told that my order has to be sent to my credit card's billing address: no exceptions. The reason? "Credit card companies are concerned with fraud..." Yes, they are, and when I suggested adding my bank's personal manager and fraud department as a conference call -- all of which have both my mailing address (used for billing) and my residence address -- required for both my charitable veterans' foundations' and trust accounts by the IRS as well as those three-letter federal organizations for a truckload of reasons -- to verify my identity, this fearful individual working in US Tactical Supply's customer service department rudely announced he was cancelling the order and hung up. Really? Ever since having my credit and personal identities stolen, I've had all financial correspondence sent to a post office box; the tiny, rural mail box -- some distance from my residence -- is NOT lockable; any packages larger than 5" on a side is left on the ground for any thieves that happen to drive by, especially the local porch-pirate methheads who also follow delivery trucks in order to enrich themselves. Having a package delivered to a residence that requires a signature is perfect, especially when I'm purchasing any of the items that can only be carried by rail or cargo aircraft. In fact, UPS, DHL, and FedEx all have my addresses cross-referenced: send an address label for something going to my US Post Office requires me to show my driver's license... which shows (and proves) my physical address, conveniently serving as my DELIVERY ADDRESS for those three companies. All three companies have my "billing" address, phone number, and (residence/physical) shipping address -- information which this US Tactical Supply customer service individual can almost immediately determine with a few keystrokes, especially because I have accounts set up for my personal, charitable foundation, and trust business... all this information consistent, across the board. The branch manager of the bank serving my personal, foundation, and trust business accounts has joined conference calls where verification of information has been required, and spoke with me a few minutes ago stating that had I added him to a conference call, he would be happy to provide US Tactical Supply with the verification necessary or needed; the bank's fraud department has two- or three-step verification processes that have allowed me, as an airline pilot traveling worldwide, to conduct business from anywhere in the world with any legitimate, verifiable business in the world -- with the one possible exception of US Tactical Supply. So I asked my personal banker (branch manager) to call this individual to see if we could work something out: he was hung up on. My attorney contacted US Tactical Supply to see if we could get the name and contact information of the owner of US Tactical Supply so that we could work out the problem. Why? He's my training partner spotter. He was hung up on. Someone should tell this individual that just because we use computers in business doesn't mean we should think like one. Either that, or maybe they've outlawed common sense, courtesy, and/or reasonability in Idaho.
