Dr Puckett listened to my concerns, evaluated me & was able to come up with a rehab and strengthening program that really helped me recover. I have made such progress and am so impressed with their personal approach to me while doing my therapy. They are so sweet and caring and also very professional with what they do. They are up on everything to make sure I get the best of care and keep in touch with my drs. They always do a "check in" with me each time I go before we start to see how I'm doing as far as my pain level or any other issues. They also cheer you on and get as excited as I do when I'm able to take a step or steps forward and when there's been a few rough bumps and have had to take some steps back or an easier day and not as much they still reassure me it's ok and it's normal not to beat myself up. The staff I just can't say enough about how awesome they all are: Cyndi, Misha, Lynn, and Jenna. I'm still in therapy, but I still want to give them a huge shout out and there isn't a good enough way to put in to words how much they mean to me and how much it's means with all they do. Do NOT pay in advance for treatments at all because they might not work! I have severe osteoarthritis in one hip which caused the knee to compensate for the lack of alignment. On the very first day I submitted an MRI written report of what was going with me. I was " assured" that they could treat the problem. I told them what was going on, and that I had been treated very successfully by a previous chiropractor, who unfortunately was not in SA. After the first "consultation" I was handed a "cookie cutter" treatment plan by Celeste, although the chiro had not really studied my X rays until about 2 weeks later. After a month I asked to be refunded for the rest of the treatments because nothing was improving or giving me relief, and have an accounting of what I'd paid in cash, with payments deducted for their "services". To get this "accounting" was like "pulling teeth" and when I did receive it, was inaccurate! Whoever does their billing were not keeping up with billing. After being asked to give them a "second chance", when I asked for that refund , I agreed, hoping that it would have a positive outcome. It did not! I was placed on a machine to decompress my spine, which did not help my hip or knee and was so sore for 2 weeks that I was barely able to bend over after it. I did not need that at all and it did not help my hip or knee. On the last day I saw them for a "treatment" I was shown a stretch by Celeste that I could not do with a gun at my head because I'd been unable to cross my legs for 6 years. That was their exercise to help me. It would have aggravated my knee and made it worse. ( I have studies with diplomas in anatomy, physiology and exercise , which I told her). For 15 treatments you will pay about $1300 for about 20 minutes work for each treatment, IF you PAY CASH and pay a company called Apex $49 to be able to have that cash "discount" for treatments. Do the math...! Absolute rip off. I just wonder what they are charging insurance companies?

I am most familiar with Celeste who works at as an assistant & manages appointments & financials. They do take insurance (Aetna) & they also offer financing through a third party. The whole process was quick & painless. Celeste is very kind and helpful whether it is applying treatments or just general customer service. Dr. Santiago is also kind and attentive during treatments. He explained the plan and yet makes modifications as needed which I greatly appreciate as I have a complex health history (not cut & dry spinal issues) Dr. Santiago has utilized multimodal treatments such as laser therapy, TENS, myofascial work, decompression table & exercise. I am quite pleased with my treatment & I look forward to going to my appointments. I really appreciate all of the care I have received.
