So I understand when someone is training or fairly new. But this was not that. 1. The therapist should not spend 10 min with the drape in place massaging you. 2. The purpose of the initial draped phase is to prepare your muscles for the massage. That should take three to five min. unless you requested longer. My therapist, (female dark hark dark outfit) spent 30 min of a 1 hour total body massage on my back. Note: The largest muscles are glutes, quads, lats, pecs etc. that's where the time should be spent but most people don't like all those muscles massaged, which is why I am clear that I want a total body massage. 3. She spent too much time on my back. (I did not request extra time be spent). 4. I constantly asked her to move on and I even ask the manager to come I the room and explain but she continued to massage my back. 5 This horrible experience cost $55 including tip. (Yes I tipped over 20%) for that experience. 6. The Therapist needs to manage her time better. 7. When I was in Hong Kong twos weeks prior to this sorry massage. They properly un draped the area to massaged and re draped before moving to next area. This ensures hand to skin contact and you can actually feel the various muscles and contours. My therapist was obviously not licensed in the state of GA. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. Despite all my consistency and support, I was treated like a flight risk. I was made to feel so uncomfortable that I walked out and didn't even stay for the massage I had just paid for. When I reached out to management to explain how upsetting the experience was, the response I received was brief and dismissive. I've since canceled two months of future appointments and requested that my card be removed from their system.
