I tried looking for him later to get his name, but I'm sure he's West African like me). I ordered Crepe 31 (Smoked salmon, spinach, tomatoes, Swiss cheese and bechamel sauce) of the SPICY variety (they will ask you how spicy you want it); listen I was raised to love scotch bonnets, so I wanted this thing spicy and it was the best!!! What a great balance of creamy, spicy and savory! There's a plethora of crepe options, so I will definitely be back to try the other flavors!
