They send her to another place for the inspection and it fails with a laundry list of issues and deemed unsafe and fire hazard. They won't fix it and say she's trying warranty fraud when in reality the car is a mess and they're to lazy and scummy to fix it. Absolute trash. Scum of the earth. Miserable lovers! The salesman, Matt Lewis, assured me the car would be fully charged and ready to go, but it died after just 5 miles and had to be towed. After charging for 5 hours, it only made it 20 more miles before dying again. The dealership claimed their technician inspected the battery and said it was fine. However, I have a voice recording of them admitting they hired their own technician, whose findings were completely false. A Ford-certified technician later confirmed both batteries were faulty and needed replacement--costing over $30,000. I paid for a $7,000 car with a $30,000 problem and was misled about its condition. FC Motors sold me a defective vehicle, failed to disclose critical issues, and provided false information about its safety and reliability. I believe this was deceptive and unfair, and I'm seeking a full refund or coverage of repair costs. Buyers beware--don't trust this dealership!
