Once I got to the office, Rachael kindly and patiently worked with me to determine exactly where the pain was coming from, and explained to me the source(s) of the problem. For someone that walked in knowing NOTHING about neck/shoulder anatomy, this was super helpful and actually really interesting. We found the problem spot, and I was given stretches and exercises to practice routinely in order to reduce the pain in my neck. Therapist seemed competent, until she wasn't. However, their billing department seems like they…read moremay be stepping into fraudulent billing. A procedure was quoted as being $30. My insurance would not cover it. Somehow the insurance was billed for it, and paid a small amount on some of the visits. However, I was later billed over double what I was quoted. When I questioned it, they said I had signed a consent form authorizing them to bill me whatever. I paid an invoice then they kept sending me invoices. Invoices were unprofessionally prepared, with many mistakes and it was hard to determine what I was being billed for. I had already stopped going, because they completely changed my treatment plan and went back to their original treatment, which didn't work. No good explanation given. I have found that youtube offers much more help than I received at this location. I won't be going back nor recommend it.
