Dr. Ob has very lovely bedside manner and always says hi when he sees me. He even said hi to me when he noticed I was in the hospital and he happened to be working at that time and recognized my name as one of his patients. I appreciate their kindness and understanding and how much that they have taken into consideration. I was very scared to have an ablation and now I have had multiple done - leaving me relieved and also at ease without worry. If you're trying to get pain relief, they have everything you need under one roof- radiology, physical therapy, emergency services, surgical center... I can tell that the staff is improving and it seems like each visit is easier and easier.. The lovely owner is a Harvard graduate and when he was visiting the Nellis location, he came and introduced himself to me, greeted me and had me get an extra treatment with an IV for temporary pain relief. I thought it was so kind and he said that he enjoys meeting the patients and likes to know everyone that goes to his locations! They are ranked top in the US and it shows. The treatments made no lasting difference and at the end of treatments the pain me it impossible to do some if the exercises even as well as could in the beginning. PT is supposed to help not harm. A voicemail comes on stating that I need to call them during their business hours 12 o'clock in the afternoon one something two something three something for something I believe those are all their business hours so I decided to get up and go to the office, of course they're open when I walked in. The young lady was talking to a young man laughing and giggling then she asked me what was I therefore, I told her she told me have a seat that she was doing something and she'll be with me in just a moment three people walked in check them in to get therapy. I am so grateful for the people at this location I have always had great experiences for my own draws but I am ESPECIALLY impressed with how Susie R. did with my 6 year old daughters draw. Susie R. and Jill were amazing in keeping my daughter calm and reassured. They were quick and relatively painless! My little one was super scared but thank goodness I was able to see them to make the experience as easy as possible. Im even more impressed by the healing of the draw sight. No bruising in sight just a tiny little pinhole from the draw! Thank you thank you thank you lady's for making a scary experience an easy one!
