After some research I came to discover Mind Body Barre. I took a Mind Body Barre method class with Caitlin at the Rehoboth location and it was honestly one of the better exercise classes I've taken in recent years. The class runs about an hour and includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class runs at a moderate speed and is accompanied by modern pop music for the entire hour so it really keeps your energy up. The facility is spacious, clean, and well lit. the studio provides all of the equipment you will use in class but I would highly recommend bringing water and a towel. Parking is decent but I would arrive early to get a spot near the entrance. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to visiting the studio again!

I'm in my late 60s and have some physical restrictions due to arthritis, and Kim knows exactly how to work with me to adapt certain exercises and still benefit from the experience. She is kind, caring, and has an incredible depth of knowledge about Pilates and the purpose and value of each exercise. She is an amazing teacher and I look forward to my session every week.
