They were shaped like little sushi rolls and even came with mini chopsticks, lol. The ones that looked like Futomaki were strawberry-kiwi flavour. The ones that looked like Salmon Maki were grapefruit flavoured. The candies were crunchy and really tasty! And so cute! In addition to their bricks and mortar store in Montreal, they sell their candies online as well, which is how my brother and sister-in-law bought them. I went to their website, and the candies are a bit pricey, like the sushi candy bags are $6.99 each. However, they are handmade and they source most of their ingredients from Canadian suppliers. Apparently they also make custom candies. Which I imagine would be great promotional materials for companies and also the cutest wedding favours for couples getting married.
