I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM, but when I arrived, no one was there. I called and even came back around 10:30 AM, and the location was still closed. There was no note on the door, and I didn't receive any call or text notifying me of a closure or issue. I had planned my day around this appointment, so this lack of communication was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. As a member, I expected better communication and reliability.
