They were super helpful when I called to inquire and schedule. The girl that day my spray tan was also super sweet and walked me through the process. The salon is adorable inside. The process was pretty quick and i was told you wait 8 hours before you can rinse with water only. You can do a full shower 16 hours after the original spray. I wore loose clothing, flip flops, and followed the instructions provided. Overall, my spray tan looks ok. It is Tuseday I got my tan Thursday I have showered 4 times and gone swimming since I got my tan so why is it that five days later my tan is rubbing off on my clothes during a workout? This is crazy I have never before seen a tan do this to my clothes FIVE days post tan. I pulled a clean sports bra out of my drawer and now it has a tint of orange brown all over it and I'm just praying it comes out in the wash. This is an update as of 6/01/25 - I would say I no longer support this business. The owner, Lauren, that has always tanned me and those I know, has been cut from the business. In my experience, Lauren and Megan were the face of the company. In fact, over 13 years ago, I remember Lauren founding the company, Megan was merely helping her at that point. But now Megan has thrown Lauren out of the company. LONG STORY SHORT: it's a whole lot of drama and without the founder of the company there anymore, I cannot vouch for them. Use at your own risk. I like that Carly has enabled a private in house application post appointment setup. That's really useful for private activity or concerns with any services for clients. I have removed hair from my body myself and at first it was fine. After that it wasn't. I won't go into specifics. This was my first time booking Men's professional waxing services and had consulted with about 4 other business in the area. I went with BH because there rules are laid out clearly per website and don't require a deposit to confirm and keep an appointment. That matters a lot because of planning and understanding overall as a consumer of business services and what will be done to my body. Anyway. The waxing process is painful not all parts some are to me at least. I was expecting this and Carly was mindful of any pain during the process. The heat from the actual wax was somehow alleviates/is soothing of the pain from pulling and stretching of the skin. I've gotten a spray tan at Bronzed Humanity 3 times. 2 times with the express tan and once with the 8 hour one. The express spray tan is the best here. It goes on clear and develops to a really natural color. As long as you moisturize regularly, the color wears away even too. I went for a few months of lash extension fills. I was super excited at first because I asked if they apply single lash to lash extensions vs fan of lashes (3+ lashes glued together) and they confirmed they do. I tried 3 different staff and was not too happy that they didn't clean the old lashes off (remove grown out lashes) and they just applied multiple fan lashes. Also, more than once lashes are not close to lash line. For the cost I would expect a light cleaning and removal of grown out lash extensions and honesty of the style application. I came back shortly after to get a Brazilian with Cianna and I haven't strayed since. My waxes with her are the least painful I've ever experienced. It's easiest for me to make midweek daytime appointments which means my daughter has to come with me. I researched several places to get my lashes done way ahead of time and booked my appointment with Bronzed Humanity early this month (October). Reason being is that I had a very bad experience the first time I had them done so I was anxious with where I'd get the next set done. My first time here! Easy booking process, clean and well-kept rooms and equipment. Their tanning services are probably great, as I see they are known for. I needed a Brazilian and I was able to book the appointment the same day. Good customer service, she's friendly and we had good conversation. I thought the wax applied was too hot for me, and I mentioned that, but she said it could work like that sometimes? I had an uneven waxing result somehow, and asked her about some short ones left, and she said it will be waxed on the next cycle. I was wondering why the the other side was cleaner than the other, but okay. I was in there for 20mins from check in to check out, I felt kinda rushed. I thought she wasn't as thorough with the waxing. When I checked at home, there's a bit of blood spots from where some hair were pulled.
