My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite for a late lunch. I got the lychee blueberry refresher mocktail and it was so tasty and refreshing! We ordered mini sliders, boneless garlic parm wings and the five star fries which came with yummy American cheese sauce and tasted like chickies and Pete's fries which were my favorite. Everything was tasty and we enjoyed it. service was quick and it was a nice relaxing atmosphere. it was after 2 and fairly quiet which I liked. Will definitely be dining there again! read more

New name but largely the same menu that Racks had, which isn't a bad thing at all, pretty quality bar food all around. Lunch specials are super reasonably priced at $5-$7 and adding fries for $1 is clutch. Cold beer with a good selection of craft options. The burgers are good and the pork Cuban with fried pickles is delicious. Service was good at the bar. They run specials/themed nights/etc. All around cool bar. read more

Just left there after sitting for 15 minutes with not even a glass of water offered or acknowledgement that we were there. When the waitress showed up she immediately went to the couple that just walked through the door. Terrible service. Don't waste your time going there. Wings were not crispy, just soft and tossed in generic hot sauce with 3 celery and 3 carrots, buffalo cauliflower was obviously a frozen product and was very soggy and unappetizing, bangin shrimp was a collection of tiny shrimp thrown into a basket. Me and my wife go there Thursday night 4/16/26 about 8pm to be exact. I asked the hostess if we can set outback. She tells me if I'm eating out there I have to place my order at the bar. Ok, we grab a seat, I walk up to the bar. The bartender is to busy talking to her friends to come over to me. Finally I get her attention and she tells me I have to grab a server, then she says she'll grab one for me. I go to my seat and she back talking to her friends. We sit there for a bit and say let just go inside. I go back in, back to the hostess and say will just eat inside and I say jokingly I don't think they like out back. When this was Racks, certain bartenders were there, that were trained, personable, and had customer service knowledge. The food was better quality, cooked and served promptly. Now, the quality is gone, obviously to save dollars, served cool or cold and is not cooked to order as it is never correct. I've given it several tries, but can't go on Saturday afternoon anymore, they changed the "special " end time, from 3 to 2. Why? Idk And the bartender sucks! So disappointing, we used to go every Saturday when Devin or Marissa were there. Now can only handle Friday nights IF Melissa is working! Not super friendly but great at her job. My wife and I left without ordering due to poor service. When we arrived, there were a few people at the bar and one larger table. The bartender told us to sit anywhere. After waiting about 10 minutes without acknowledgment, we observed the bartender chatting with patrons, making drinks, and looking at her phone. I asked if someone would be assisting us, and she responded that the waitress may not have seen us. Shortly after, two staff members came out of the kitchen and stood talking to each other. As we were leaving, we mentioned that we had been waiting over 10 minutes and that, even after noticing us, they continued talking for several more minutes. One of the staff members responded rudely, stating they were "actually working" and later mentioned she was just training. As we walked out, she sarcastically said, "Have a nice day." Overall, the experience was unprofessional, and we will not be returning. read more

I attended a birthday party at the Williamstown location last Sunday, and the service was not that great and could use a little work. Since they changed owners, have been coming here every couple of months. Have had great meals each time with very reasonable tab. I can usually get a clipp deal for this restaurant which also makes it cost effective. But even if I did not, I would come here. Tonight we had three people, we ordered the chicken parm, the " Philly royalty" cheesesteak, and the filet Sinatra. Everything was cooked perfectly. We substituted onion rings for fries for the cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was cooked well, chopped fine with cheese whiz and looked and tasted awesome in a seeded bakery roll. The chicken parm was cooked perfectly and was a enormous portion. The filet Sinatra is what I get when I come here. Hands down the best steak dinner you can get for the price point of $25. The steak is an 8 oz filet covered with what they call jumbo lump crab meat, but is really back fin, quality nonetheless, with a brandy cream sauce. I ask for it medium, and it generally comes out medium to medium rare. Rare. I would order it one level above what you would normally get just to make sure that it is not undercooked. I got it with fries and awesome sauteed spinach with garlic. We had a new waitress today. She told us she was training and was very nervous. My wife gave her a pep talk and she did very well considering it was her first day. It looked like she had support from her other teammates, which was nice to see at a restaurant setting where sometimes it doesn't seem like they work together. Service was fine, a little slow for the drinks but probably better. Better it's that way for me because I can drink pretty fast. Dinner before the discount was $111, including six beers, three dishes, an appetizer, and one dessert. A $25 gets you $50 coupon, which meant I spent about $100 after tip( which was based on the full amount(I am really happy this restaurant is here, it is hard to find this type of meal close to home as we live in Sicklerville. We held our company holiday party tonight at Alisha's Williamstown. From calling to inquire about having our party there to booking the party with the Manager Lauren to the actual event- you could not have asked for a better experience! The staff they have answering the phones are super helpful. Rick was so helpful and got the information to Lauren. Lauren, the manager, exceeded expectations with her quick response and communication and introducing me to Rick before the party. Fast forward to party day, Lauren, the server and person who really ran our party, was so great- beyond all expectations. She was so kind, she smiled the entire night, I never wanted for anything and neither did our guests. She went above and beyond and offered to help me bring things in from my car. After I put out my decorations and favors, Lauren was so complimentary to how the room looked. It really helped me get in to the spirit of the party before my guests arrived. Lauren at the end of the night, helped me pack up food. All the while still making sure guests had what they needed. She really helped me shine as the host. I can't thank her enough! Then there is Maddy who also worked the party. She also helped me carry things in! Maddy also quickly got guests drinks all night long. After three hours of running drinks and clearing tables and all of the other things they did- there they were offering to help me get my things to my car. And just when you think it can't get any better.... Lauren the manager, who was not working , was available to answer questions. Rick was attentive, answered our questions and checked in through out the night. THANK YOU! Everyone had such a great time many of our guests stayed to enjoy the DJ and bar. Hostess was super friendly and once the server arrived she was clearly a little flustered. When my husband asked what type of Yards beer was on draft she had no idea which is fine, she said she would ask. She came back like 15 minutes later with our drinks including the Yards beer without knowing what kind. My daughters both got cold brews with caramel and they both took a sip and made terrible faces. I tried it and it was definitely spoiled. It took some time to get our waitresses attention to just get our check and we had to go to the bar so we could get the coffee drinks taken off the bill. It looked as if there were a couple of tables not happy as well. Our server was very nice, but was clearly new at this job, but whoever is in charge of the cold brews, do better! We go every Tuesday for country line dancing night. We absolutely love the staff, everyone is so welcoming and has become family over the years. Maria and Taylor are the best waitresses, always running around making sure everyone has what they need. Kim is an angel on earth, she not only welcomes everyone with a smile she remembers your name and everything you tell her. She also is always running around cleaning and making sure everyone has what they need! The food is great, so many options and they have great daily specials! The tacos on Tuesdays are delicious. The drinks are great too. With the new upgrades everything looks great and up to date, very classy! The outside bar is beautiful and a great addition when the weather is nice! If you're looking to learn some line dancing and make some awesome friends it's definitely a great place to visit Tuesday nights! read more

The food is good, but the service stucks, they are too slow. They take forever to take orders & to get our food. Once we do get our food if we need anything the server is no where to be found. when we do find them, we try to wave them down. We get ignored or they see we want something and takes forever to get to us.When we want our check again we have to find them. I feel they pay more attention to the people on the patio then in the restaurant. I feel you need to train the servers better to be more attentive to The customers in the restaurant than outside. When we go to the restaurant there is really no one in the restaurant just a couple people at the bar and service is still extremely slow. This is every time we come in. We are getting to the point I don't care how good the food is. If the service stays this bad. It's not worth going to your restaurant. I have had multiple people say the same thing and decide not to go back because of it. read more
