I would make the trip a million more times if needed to see the team here, they did an outstanding job with my pet rabbit and his large bladder stone. Not only did they run me through the procedure when I arrived, they performed it in a very timely manner (I was fully prepared to be there all day but it took just a couple hours) they also gave me very thorough home care and even went as far as dosing out the meds into separate syringes for me so I didn't have to fight with the bottle or worry about the dosing. We are about a week post-op and Otis is healing up extremely well so far. I dealt mostly with Sara and Dr. Kelly and they were truly amazing!

Stay safe and stay away from this place!!! I Just moved to the area, saw a female Vet during the summer who was rude and condescending towards me about my cat, clearly discriminating against me for being queer, and for bringing him to in, he's 12, has feline HIV, so when something goes on I don't hesitate to have him seen. I wrote a review about it at the time and didn't think much of it. As someone who works in healthcare, as a nurse taking care of humans, generally speaking we aren't allowed to be rude to people when they seek medical care. Afterwards, I didn't establish care anywhere else for him and woke up today with green discharge coming from his eye, made an appointment because I don't know where else to go. I got a very strange return call from a Vet tech who told me in a very cryptic and round about way, that the Doctors don't want me to come to the clinic and for me to find a new a Vet. So I guess now we aren't allowed to stand up for ourselves and call people out for poor behavior and discrimination? Shouldn't have even thought about coming back to this place to begin with but you all can do better. If you are new to the area, and queer, they will discriminate against you and refuse your business. run! Run! Run! Also I was charged A LOT of money for the initial visit to begin with. Run!

The doctor took his time with my pup (and let my other dog come in and hang around) and determined he has a torn ACL (crap). The doctor was also surprisingly great with my other dog, who is afraid of humans, trains, marching bands, seltzer cans, and many other things that don't pose any real threat to him. He actually got him to take a treat from his hand, which is very rare for someone he's just met. They also have a hilarious collection of their own dogs who hang out behind the desk (don't worry, if you have a dog that doesn't play nicely, there's a high desk and they can't get through). I think I saw a doberman, catahoula leaopard dog, some kind of beagle mix, and a poodly thing. Looks like a daycare but nope, it's just their dogs. The only note I'd make here is that you should not try to go to this vet if driving/weather conditions are bad, as the route there involves quite a few dirt roads (though is very easy to get to using GPS, just some of the roads are not paved).

Vet Paul greeted my dogs on their terms; Paul sat on the floor when he examined them, my dogs were encouraged to sit or lie down on a mat for this. Paul is obviously an animal lover. I like that Paul seeks to find alternative treatment before going right to expensive medications for example. He seems to look at the whole of the situation, nutrition, environment, emotions, and tries to treat any single issue in that context. His wife Jesse is the office manager and she is kind and competent. I also liked that my bill was quite reasonable.

We currently have a household of 2 aging ferrets, and 5 cats ranging in age from 13 to 9 weeks. My oldest friend Alien, age 15 was put to sleep by Erika, here in our home, on our bed where Alien had spent long hours sleeping. He was at peace and we were glad to not have to fill his last breaths with clinical smells of the place he hated most. Erika is warm, caring, still entertained by animals, interacts with them and me(yes I do go on about our critters), she is not afraid to say she is not sure and needs to check into something, she then gets back to you very quickly. For example, recently my pet food provider needed a prescription for a dental dry food (who knew), I emailed Erika, within the hour I had confirmation from the store that they had verified with her and they were shipping my order. I find it to be very cost effective to have her visit in my home and see all my animals for well check ups at once, much less then if I had to bring them individually to the vet's office. In addition, they are so much less stressed by not having to ride in the car. Erika is not afraid to tell you what vaccinations/meds she really believes your animal should have and is open to looking at each animals lifestyle to adjust what treatment she prescribes. I highly recommend having Erika visit your home and critters.
