And it feels pretty great since I have never done anything drastic to my hair. And when it went wrong the first time with someone else, Lianne really pulled through for me by fixing it.

When my mom got there, the front desk informed her that the masseuse did not show up. They even tried calling the masseuse and weren't able to make no contact. Very disappointing. The front desk was apologetic, rescheduled her, and told her she would get 20 percent off for her next appt, which I already paid for online. Our experience with this salon was that it's very unorganized and a total waste of time. I definitely would not recommend as I found my experience with them to be very unprofessional and their online booking system and phone seems to not work properly!

My original appointment was at 2:00 p.m. While I was already on my way, since I live an hour away, she asked to move the appointment to 2:30. I was understanding about the change and didn't think anything of it. However, when I arrived and let her know I was there, I received no update from her about when she would be arriving. If her coworkers hadn't been there, I wouldn't have known what was going on. She arrived an hour after the rescheduled appointment time. Once the appointment started, it felt rushed and there was very little consultation throughout the trial. I had provided an inspo for a half-up hairstyle with glam waves, but the finished result looked more like loose curls and did not look like the inspo I had provided. The curls were already falling on the drive back, my hair was frizzing, and the "half-up" portion was very minimally secured with a bobby pin. My understanding was that I was paying for one completed hairstyle. I only wanted to try one style, and I've never heard of a trial where the style wouldn't be fully completed. If a trial isn't going to include the hairstyle being fully set, I feel that should be clearly stated before. Afterward, she refunded me part of what I had overpaid after I pointed out that the amount I was charged didn't match the price she had previously quoted me. I also had to send a detailed message explaining everything that had gone wrong before that adjustment was made. Even after that adjustment, I still didn't feel the final amount I paid reflected the service I actually received, especially since she later told me in our messages that my hairstyle hadn't been fully set. I booked the trial specifically to see how the finished style would look and hold for the wedding, so leaving with an incomplete style defeated the purpose of the appointment for me. After waiting another hour for her to arrive, I left feeling like I had spent several hours without actually receiving what I had booked the trial for. She did offer me one complimentary style for the day of the event afterward, but I declined because after the trial experience, I no longer felt comfortable relying on the service for the wedding day. I also explained my concerns afterward in detail, but I never felt like I received a real acknowledgment of the time I had been waiting, or how disappointing the overall experience had been. I'm sharing photos and screenshots so others can see the hairstyle I received and the poor communication surrounding the appointment.

He took that very offensive and called me a liar. He threw my hand and I told my daughter we were leaving, he followed me and my 9 yr old daughter out yelling and cussing me out all the way to our car. The fact that as a man and business owner he felt comfortable yelling and cussing at me and my 9 yr old all the way to our car is beyond disturbing.

The salons owner Melissa who takes care of my nails is an absolutely fabulous conversationalist but you won't hurt her feelings if you say you just rather sit and listen to your music or surf the web on your phone. Sage who does my hair. She can do any kind of hair, color, highlights extensions. If you're a guy you need a haircut or a little kid you need a haircut then Sage is your person. You've got Denise who does waxes, eyebrows, facials and a whole host of other things. There are additional Hair & Nail estheticians in the salon but I just can't remember their names at this time. All I can say is as soon as they get it a masseuse in I will be spending my entire Fridays in there. Thank goodness they are all young, well young based on my age. This means they won't be retiring soon and I will have Melissa and the whole crew for a long long time. If you are time oriented and need an appointment they are perfect if you just need to drop in they are perfect but I do suggest you call ahead if you want to drop in because they are just that busy. And one more thing you get what you pay for. You go to a cheap salon where they push people through like animals to a slaughterhouse, you get sloppy jobs. You come here and you get a super professional job and well worth every penny to look as beautiful as you can be. Very unprofessional on how to respond to clients when there is conflict. Don't blame the client!
