We purchased a home where Bill Davidson was the Sellers's agent, we were so happy with our home…read more Well, that was until 3 years later we learned that the previous owner Bill Davidson represented did not disclose that the driveway has undergone major repairs. due to the driveway's location, southern exposure, and on a hill that there will be ongoing issues indefinitely. To fix the drive correctly will be $30,000, plus bi-annual maintenance. How do I know the owners were aware of such an issue, we live on a private drive with two other homeowners, together they paid for the past repairs. When I contacted Bill, he just waved me off, said that they told us it was a private drive, yep they did but neglected to mention the past / future repairs. I have filled a DRE complaint and hopefully arbitration to come. It's just so disappointing that others do not take responsibility for their action, in my opinion, Bill Davidson is untrustworthy.
