Leading up to our initial appointment with Shannon, Shannon sent us an email detailing all of the items that we would need for our pre-approval. When we arrived at the VITEK office, Shannon immediately welcomed us into her office. Before diving into the home loan process, Shannon inquired about the areas that we would prefer to live in, and our ideal mortgage payment. Next, she patiently walked us through the home loan process from beginning to end. After hearing the process and having all of our questions answered, we decided to move forward with the pre-approval.
