We had everything from banners, placards, photographs, posters, service programs, and so much more that needed to be printed and prepared. Because we relied heavily on AI to help create some of our materials, we unfortunately ran into quite a few discrepancies and formatting issues. We were printing multiple versions of documents, trying to correct arrows, spacing, wording, and other little details--and it became a much bigger process than we ever anticipated. Scott was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient, kind, understanding, professional, and genuinely caring. He never made us feel like we were being a burden, even when we had to make changes and reprint things over and over. He took the time to help us, answer our questions, troubleshoot the issues, and make sure everything looked right. It seemed the clerk took longer to print me up a receipt than the other clerk. While I was waiting another customer was dropping off a package to ship and they were done in a minute.
