They contract almost all heavy lifting machinery out, which made our fairly simple project very expensive. The plants they brought with them were all very small and within the 90 days several grasses had to be replaced. There are so many glowing reviews here on Yelp, perhaps we did not get the full experience of working with them since the actual landscape design was done by the architects. So, I might not rule them out if you're looking for a full rain harvesting set-up.

The plumber had to turn the water off and therefore Berkley would not be able to perform a system check. Berkley then turned about, closed up his truck, took a phone call and was about to depart without so much as a goodbye. When I questioned him, he told me that I would not be seeing him again, that my husband was a jerk, and that he felt sorry for me. The blood just drained from my face. What do you do with comments like that? I cannot recommend him to anyone in good faith after those insults.

He has been around for a long time, so is not a fly-by-night who could be long gone if and when you have any questions about something an irrigation installer did. Paul's 100% professional, trustworthy, skillful, knowledgeable and responsive. He always pays attention to details so that the end result is clean and aesthetically pleasing. He makes sure his clients understand what he will do beforehand and is patient beyond belief when explaining valves and timing issues to a client like me who understands neither. Our timer has his signature markings on the dial---he labels the timer with numbers so if you follow his sequence it's impossible to have a problem :-) He just completed a drip installation project for us yesterday, which was done in conjunction with a slab leak---so a plumber was involved as well. Paul coordinated their work, demonstrating his consideration of OUR time. We were TOTALLY impressed once again. He didn't leave until the area was blown free of debris and dirt and every single pot was positioned EXACTLY as it should be. I highly recommend you call Paul for an estimate. His rates are competitive, his work is impressive and his rates are often less expensive. I know several others who have hired Paul over the years but they keep his name as a closely-guarded Tucson secret.
