I found broken tiles on a Saturday night and he responded to me that night. David was at my house on Sunday and gave a quote on the spot. After receiving multiple quotes and David answering A LOT of questions for me, he continued to communicate with me about what tile was available as I was redoing my entire roof. they started the next day. All the guys were respectful of my properly and cleaned up. I did have a few concerns because I am way too picky and a small box had been broken (not sure if it was a fallen tile or not). I called DC Roofing for a small job that my insurance required me to fix. A guy came out and looked and seemed to think it was a small job. That's all he said except that he would send an estimate. I waited and checked my email (and my junk email as well). I wait a week and call again. He says, "Oh yeah, I remember you. I did send it but I'll send it again. Text me your address." I didn't know if he meant address or email so I sent both but sent another email address. Never got the estimate at either email address nor did it come to my junk mail. If the job is too small, they should have said so and not pretend like they are interested in my job. read more

I had great expectations when I called and they answered the phone at 7 PM on a Saturday night after our big hailstorm in Green Valley. Hail had punched holes in four of my skylights. A guy answered the phone and said he would be out to take a look for repair tomorrow...sure enough on a SUNDAY he showed up and measured my skylights for replacements and said they will be here in two days to start work. At two day I start sending messages and calls- "are you still come to come to work on my stuff???" Never and return call or any kind of an answer....never. At day 5 I gave up and found someone else to d the work. If they wanted to not do my work I think they should have bothered to tell me. They folks are not dependable on what they tell you. The winds in Hereford are awful and kept causing damage to one of the highest portions of our tile roof. I called every roofing company near me, in Sierra Vista, and was actually told by one company that they would not even come out and give me an estimate because they were booked until July 2022. I took a chance and called DC Roofing in Tucson and got a gentleman named David on the line. I explained my situation and he told me he would come out and look at the area within a few days. He came out and looked at the issue as he said he would and then said he had to find the tile as it was not a common tile type anymore and he would have to go to Phoenix. Within about a week he let me know that he had found a tile that would work and would come and do the repairs the next week. DC Roofing not only did a great job on our roof and others in Sabino Mountain, but they really backed up their work. One person found that one of the chimney pipes was not connected after the roof work. DC Roofing fixed it right away and then checked our house and other jobs to make sure all roof pipes were ok. We asked them to put a short gutter in with a baffle to handle high water flow. They did that and when we got some heavy rain the water splashed around the baffle. They came back and expanded the baffle to better handle the high volume. David the owner is easy to work with. I highly recommend them. read more

Trustworthy, reliable, fair, and competent. David responded within hours of my request for a quote. He is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. I was out of town and he came to my house, took pictures on my roof, and gave me a detailed estimate the same day. He did not pressure me at all when I said I would let him know after I got some other estimates. I decided to have him do the work and he immediately fit me into his schedule. He started two days after I received his estimate and he was done two additional days later. He scrapped and power washed my roof, sealed around all my solar panel mounts and vents, sealed the whole roof with one coat, and then came back the next day to add an additional coat. He also replace a couple roof tiles and sealed the concrete around a couple cracks. He brought a crew of four the first day and three the second. By the time I got home everything was done. He communicated with me the whole time and was very prompt in his responses. The day after I got home he returned to my house to show me their work and make sure it was satisfactory. I like to think of myself as a handy person who can do most home maintenance on my own. Sometimes I just run out of time and a job is just a bit too big. If you want a nice and reliable company to do some roofing work for you at a fair price, this one definitely checked all those boxes for me. read more
