AN INFINITY OF NEGATIVE STARS. Beware DO NOT GO HERE. I got my cell battery replaced but in doing so they messed up my camera. I brought the phone back in for them to fix the camera but I doubt they even opened the phone to check their work. They blamed me and the apps on the phone for camera not working. They even uninstalled several apps and changed setting on my phone without my permission. they just wasted my time and DID NOT FIX WHAT THEY BROKE. They made it seem like i did something to it. Phone was working perfect before they touched it. All they had to do is put in a new battery. That's it! They refuse to give me a refund so i can go elsewhere to fix what they broke. read more

I had a very disappointing experience here. I brought my boyfriend's phone in for repair, and after getting it back, the phone was jailbroken without our consent. On top of that, the screen began shutting off constantly and the device was no longer functioning properly. We trusted this business to fix the issue, not create new ones. The lack of transparency and the additional problems caused us a lot of stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend this place. Please be cautious and make sure you fully understand what they are doing to your device before leaving it with them. read more

They fixed the back of my iPhone but it cracked the moment it fell. I went back they fixed it again. I purchased an otterbox to protect my phone. My phone fell and the back is cracked again!! Cheap after market parts. read more

This is the absolutely the worst place in Florida to take your electronic device's. The customer service and lack of knowledge is horrible. I have an ongoing court case with this place. As a person of service, I rate this establishment a 2 primarily for the lack of professionalism & bad customer relation. It wasn't about me just needing a screen fixed , duhh Sherlock I new that. It was about me diagnosing the problem and coming up with more solutions to get around my situation so that I may move forward with my progress. This person was not aware of this after many attempts to explain that. Nor did they care to think or help with the situation at all other then the 1 idea to automatically spend $99 dollars with them . With someone who I don't even trust to hold my phone by way of their character. Why would you lead your sales pitch with that ? Nonetheless the people that work there really lack situational awareness and primarily just want your money. They have no dedication to providing real service to you. I didn't even get my phone fixed by them simply cause they wanted to dive in my pockets as soon as I walked thru the door. Just go in here knowing what you want and (price check) how much it's gonna cost and if they don't have it don't negotiate. Read a review? You should write a review, be fair. Only I did not read a review this time but this 2nd trip demands that I write a review. The first time I came here to pick up a package and to ask about other services, this guy is amazingly rude. So rude, I told him that as close as I live to this place, not even a half mile (passing by it day in and day out to and from work) I would never come here to give him my money. I'd rather drive farther and give my money to a person who is nice and happy that I chose them. That did give him a nice attitude check, he stayed the same. He told me to get out of his store! He kicked me out!! Over the years I see a sign spinner calling attention to his store, almost each week. Is this because he does not get repeat business and has to depend on new customers, because of this same nasty attitude, that he gave to me, twice? 2.5 - 3 years later, I dreaded that I had to return to this store to pick up another UPS item. CRAP!!! I go in, hand him my pick-up paper and WITHOUT asking for any kind of photo ID from me, he gives me my package! As I am on my way out of the door - he buzzes to unlock - HE KICKS ME OUT OF THE STORE - again!! Why???? Because I complained that he did not check my ID to the paper used to pick up the item ( I unfortunately missed UPS - I really dreaded that this occurred because I knew that I'd have to come to his place! I told him he should check every ID and he said, angrily "give me that paper and get out of my store!" Why can't there be another option instead of having to see this negative attitude. Guess he prefers to pay for a sign spinner rather than to be nice to customers because 2 out of 2 visits with the same angry nasty attitude is not a coincidence in my book. It's an attitude problem. I mean, I did use deodorant before I came, lol! He gives me no reason to come back and give him my money as in being a customer and or return customer or even bother to suggest his place to anyone of my neighbors. If it's another 2.5 -3 years before I have to return, it'll be too soon. Plus, he'll remember this and I'm afraid of the treatment that I'll get next time. I came to fix my screen and back and they tried overcharging me for the screen but lowered the price.. after everything my phone was unusable and the touch screen didnt work anymore. They tried to give me another screen that was USED and wanted to charge me $60 extra. In the end i went to another guy and told me all i had was a faulty screen. read more

Cool I saw a guy with a sign and he was flicking it in circles and it said have your cell phone fixed or computers and I'm glad that he was out there doing that because I would've missed the store the store is right next to Dunkin' Donuts. I got out and went to the store to inquire about fixing my computer I dropped my computer and the screen on my computer now has a big line .on I asked him how much it would cost.They couldn't give me a price because I did not have my serial number on my computer I know my computer is about five years old but I still like it a lot it's my Mac Pro and I spent a lot of money on it so I wanted to last for a little longer but that line is so annoying so as soon as I get home and open up the case or look for the number I'll have to give them a call and see what they can do for me so far they were very attentive and welcoming at their store I hope that they can help me. read more
