This review is simply about the owners HIGHLY inappropriate and unprofessional demeanor. I called maybe 50 shops today trying to make an appointment for my first eyelash extensions. Due to the holidays almost everyone was full and hardly anyone even picked up the phone. Around 1 today I got a call back from 4 salons all within the same 20 minutes but only chose to make an appointment here due to the reviews. Somehow in the mess of establishments I called throughout the day, I ended up putting the wrong salon into my GPS and going to a place in Vallejo. Upon arrival, they never corrected me when I told them I had an appointment and got me in a whole 20 minutes sooner than my appointment time. I was thrilled with my service and as I was leaving I saw that I had texts from an unknown number saying I missed my appointment. I sent a photo of my (lovely) new lashes and said that I'd just left my appointment, loved my service, left a tip, and booked another appointment for a fill 3 weeks later. Instead of even confirming that there had been a misunderstanding, this person continued to text me telling me how terrible I am and calling me incessantly as I am driving. I try explaining to her that there was clearly a misunderstanding on my part, and I was sorry. That simply wasn't good enough for them. If I can I will be posting the screen shots of the highly inappropriate conversation and the persons complete inability to accept my apology for clicking the wrong salon to go to on google maps. Up to you to decide if you want to work with someone like that. I for one am THRILLED I went to the wrong location. read more

I am so happy with my skin now and make it a regimen to go every month to keep my skin texture smooth and clean. No products are pushed on you which is nice. Lenora is very thorough, takes the time to tell you about your skin type, and customizes your facial based on your skin needs/opportunities. On top of that, she uses quality organic products. That is what "lured" me in the first time. I have not been able to find spas that use organic products for facials (at reasonable rates). The environment is very relaxing, especially with the soothing harp music that is played in the background. Lenora adds a mini massage on top of the facial and I ended up taking a nap. After the facial, Lenora takes the time to educate you on improving/maintaining your skin. She has high quality cosmetic products for sale; however, she does not have a "pushy" sales tactic. She advised me to finish my current product and I can decide if I want to switch to her products at a later time. I had such a great vibe and connection with Lenora that I pre-purchased 5 facials.
