Literally the bride of a Navy man died the day the equipment was supposed to delivered and 2 days before her wedding so unexpectedly. We paid $10k for a tent and some tables a week before the wedding. My mother called the morning my little sister died to tell them not to bring the stuff and her call was never returned. Phillip Schnorr is the owner of the company and initially offered no refund. After a period of back and forth, he only offered around 20% refund.. It's not about the money. It's not about the money at all. It's about the fact that we rented a week before the wedding. The likely hood of someone else renting in that short a time frame is low. At least my mother had the strength to call and cancel. 20% and returning calls days later after several people have called over the last week? People like him are what is wrong with the world. Excellent service from start to finish. I was hosting a party for my wife, one of those special birthdays that end in zero and I was clearly out of my element. Not only was I out of my element, I was unsure of what I needed. I shouldn't have worried, the crew at Luxe walked me through the process. Then allowed me to make changes. Then make some more changes. When the day of delivery came, I realized that one of the changes I made deleted some fans that I needed. It was my own fault, but alas, no problem, a quick trip back to Luxe and I loaded the items on my car. Everything went very smoothly. read more

Luxe Party Rentals was completely unprofessional and we had the worst experience with this company. We rented a tent, tables and dance floor from this company. The day of delivery, the bride passed away unexpectedly. That morning we called the business's emergency number to cancel the order and make sure that the crew didn't head to our area and deliver the items. The crew didn't load, deliver, or set up the items at the venue. The owner, Phillip Schnorr, refused to refund the money we paid (or even a fair percentage) for an event they did zero work for. We were experiencing a complete tragedy and during a time of grief we had the consideration to call and make sure his team didn't take the time to travel to us and set up. The owner also refused to talk to us on the phone and had his assistant handle the situation. He had zero compassion or respect to even talk to our family to work out the details and do the right thing. We do not recommend this company at all. read more

My fiancée's brother has rented from Luxe before and he absolutely loved it! He recommended them to me for my engagement event last December. And honestly, it was a great pleasure to rent from them. The entire team at Luxe Rentals are very dedicated to provide their customers with highest satisfaction. Their service are amazing and they absolutely admire their clients. I rented a 20' x 30' white frame tent with 13 8' rectangle tables and 100 white metal festival chairs. Chelsea was very helpful, patient, responsive. She made my rental experience much easier. From the email conversations to the delivery, it was smooth and quick process. And the pickup was simple and fast! Luxe is very flexible with your schedule. It is advised that you contact them as early as possible or else they will be booked. I have no complaints for them. They did a great job for a reasonable price! Did not work at all with us during the pandemic. Would not even return half of the down payment. Was rude and did not care about anyone but themselves when the whole world was hurting and needed help. if you can go anywhere else and rent things for your party please do it, no one deserves to be treated the way they treat people!!!! I ordered the gold chiavari chairs from Luxe for my wedding. I was very particular in only wanting wood chairs and Luxe delivered on my request! I also had to add more chairs last minute and they were accommodating. Lastly, I had to confirm the pickup and delivery schedule with the venue and Luxe was very patient during the waiting process. They also said it didn't matter which day, they were able to accommodate either. They gave us as delivery window from 8-11am and the chairs were delivered by 8am. Very efficient and easy to work with. I strongly suggest going to their shop where you can see things first hand, it's totally worth it! read more
