I assumed I would get the same quality and service I had previously experienced until receiving soiled and damaged tables and chairs. Understanding things happen, I politely informed Brittany of my disappointment with the equipment. Brittany challenged my critique and then proceeded to follow up by offering to retrieve the equipment with a refund knowing full well it would impact my family event planned for the next day. Rather than apologize and admit there was an opportunity to do better, Brittany chose to facetiously offer me an alternative that would leave me unable to host the event I planned. Yes, the previous owner graciously offered to bring chair covering at no additional cost but I did not feel that truly addressed my concerns with the equipment or Brittany's response to my displeasure.
