I was referred to this site by my mom. She said the staff was very friendly to her and helpful. Believe me she wouldn't have told me that if they hadn't been that way with her. She bought 2 pair of glasses and got new lenses put into a pair of frames she already had. So far my experience has been a good one, I can't complain. I've had some problems with my glasses; however the staff have been very nice, patient and understanding. They have fixed my glasses, rechecked my prescription and remade my glasses a second time. What more can I ask. As long as a company is willing to work with you and fix a problem without any hassle when you are wearing contacts or glasses you have to like or even love them. Optometry is not an exact science, they rely on what you tell them during your exam, and if what you tell them is off then your exam could be off too. My son needed contacts this month and in the past I have had to purchase the most expensive option for the torque lens and tremendously appreciate the research to find best price for my son. They have been working out GREAT! I had already purchased glasses for my son and he's always had expensive taste, but the Oakley frames were well priced and when the coating left crackles on the lens, there was immediate resolution to order new lenses. You know purchasing from All about eyes is not going to turn around the glasses on the same day, but they have done a great job of communicating updates with text messages, emails and phone calls. I went to All About Eyes today for an exam and glasses. The optician, Aashay Shah, OD was very pleasant and professional. He was very patient with me. My husband has been seeing him once a year for 3 years and he actually remembered him! Carleen H., who assisted me in finding just the right glasses, was great. I gave her an idea what I was looking for and she did all the "shopping", bringing me frames until I found just the right pair. Everyone was very friendly, and even offered to reheat my coffee because they were so "on the ball" I didn't have time to drink it all while having my exam and shopping. We have been to all about eyes before, but this was our first time at this location. As we were walking out- I turned to my mom and husband and said" that was the best all about eyes we have been to!" They agreed. From the beginning, the workers were very friendly. I had my first glasses at this store last year, not a very good fit, so I just use it for spare. I got my second one several days ago with no complaint, good frame fit and good clear lenses, comfortable to wear, and no other issue. All staff are attentive. They have a very large selection of frames and are reasonably priced! Dr. Shah was very patient with me as I asked him to repeat the testing questions, and Hunter was especially patient as I took forever trying on different frames and kept changing my order.
