I came here with a friend who was getting an exam with Dr Tran. I waited in the waiting area so I got to observe the staff. They were very friendly and very informative to all of the patients. I was impressed. I recently got new glasses (at a different place) and it was not a good experience . The office staff here did not push an upsell, she gave options and suggestions with supporting reasons why she made the suggestions. They were very thorough, very friendly and guided us through the process. She was super knowledgeable and patient with the indecisiveness whilst we tried on numerous glasses. I had a pair of sunglasses (that they didn't prescribe) that had a broken rubber nose pad, she happened to have a replacement that she gave me. She was really helpful in suggesting frames and was honest about how they looked. His new glasses look great and he is happy. Next year when I need a check up, I will come here (hopefully they take my insurance). It's seems really hard to find a good eye Dr with a nice office staff. Five Stars because I was "Wow'd": 1. Able to make an appointment within days, not a month like some others. 2. Reasonable and full explanation of my insurance coverage and charges in a professional manner. 3. Contact lenses arrived in just over a week, not three weeks later, like others I've experienced. Recently selected All About Eyes via my insurance and Yelp reviews. My appointment was made only days from the date I telephoned to make an appointment. I saw Dr. Tran for my annual eye exam, which included checking my prescription glasses and contacts. Dr. Tran was very professional and thorough in her exam. The staff was courteous, helpful and efficient. All my expenses were given to me up front and well explained. And in just a little over a week, I received my contact lenses, which I ordered from All About Eyes. I received a text my contact lenses were available for pick-up. There was an option to have them delivered to my residence, but since the office was nearby, I chose to"pick-up". Recommend All About Eyes to friends and family. read more

I've always been able to get an appointment within a week here, not months like other places. Dr. Tran is very thorough in her eye examination. Do Not use this company. They do not explain the benefits and their prices are very UNREASONABLE. Dr. Percy is not willing to discuss any insurance matters or miscommunication therefore makes it really hard and costly to try and work with them to use them for your eye benefits. wasn't aware of a 15 min prior check-in time, and got told I couldn't be seen at my scheduled time for my appointment. then the receptionist rudely let me know that she told me the day prior, and a few days before that, and that i'll have to reschedule because "the doctor can't see me"... at my scheduled time. ridiculous. i won't be rescheduling mainly because of the hostility from that receptionist. read more

Best eye exam we have ever had in terms of time alloted and tests performed. Even did a color blind test. Modern equipment but a lot of tests done hands on. Which we appreciated over the machines that test you without a dr. Dr Tran is great. She answered all our questions and gave information on possible things to look out for. Can't say enough good about the visit. Glasses options were limited for my taste and price point but lady knew her information. We will return. read more

After the appointment with Dr. Tran my mom waited about a week for her new glasses. I didn't know there were so many lens manufacturers, all about eyes uses Zeiss lenses, I watched some reviews online and read their website. They were called a top tier manufacturer. When my mom got her glasses I waited for her opinion. Almost immediately she noticed a difference with everything being more clear. Today I was at her home for the 4th of July and she was reading small print on the TV across the room from her kitchen. I heard her use the word amazing a few times. She said the TV seems so much bigger. 2 weeks ago she'd walk up to the TV to read the words today she was about 25 feet away reading some smaller words. She's very thankful she went to a new eye doctor. She thinks Dr. Tran and the employees at All about eyes are fantastic. read more

This place is not up to technology or not investing in the digital retinal photo imaging. My family recently moved and was looking for a new place. I have not seen any place these days that didn't have a retinal photo machine. So, my son had to get his eye dilated which made it really uncomfortable for him for several hours!! Dr. Tran is incompetent and due to not having a trial contact lenses for his new prescription, he couldn't even try them on and they told him to wait about a week and come back to try them on and at that time Dr. will finalize the prescription. I can honestly say that visiting all about eyes was the worst experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. As soon as my husband and I walked through the door we were not greeted by a rude receptionist. I thought that was already a red flag but there was more awfulness to come. The doctor (DaMarino) that checked our eyes was impatient, rude and condescending. She appears to be recently out of college and clearly they did not teach her soft skills at optometry school. Stay clear of this place unless you like being talked down on and treated like you are not a paying customer. We will not be going back. read more

I was visiting family close by and desperately needed new contacts. I saw that All About Eyes accepted my insurance so I called and they saw me the next day. I was even 15 minutes late for the appointment and they STILL saw me! I saw Dr. Rodriguez and she was awesome. She fit me with toric lenses for mono vision and they are perfect. I've had a lot of trouble getting a proper fit/prescription in the past. I had time constraints and she fit me in for a follow up too. Their equipment appears to be up to date with the newest technology and the staff is knowledgeable. Joseph went over my insurance coverage with me...twice, to make sure I got the most out of it. He was so patient! He also assisted me with picking the right kind of lenses for my existing frames. Finally, he brought to my attention a rebate I qualified for and printed up all of the necessary documentation I would need to get it! Great service. I'll be back. read more

Even though the office consistently made administrative type errors I was willing to keep using them. Unfortunately the day before my appointment they let me know they no longer accept my insurance. This put me in a tough spot having run very low on contact lenses. I'd stay clear of this office if I was you. read more

A few things to mention about this place The doctor was great. She was Professional, and gave me some really great tips for keeping my eyes healthy. But DONT get your glasses from here. First they "the system lost my order" so my glasses came a week late. Second, after purchasing my glasses I looked on the brands website maybe to get another pair. And realized they marked up he price from the retailers price... by $50!! Lastly when my glasses finely did arrive. The girl who was adjusting them on my face could not figure out how to fit them. She tried about 5 or 6 times. And they still are crooked. They are resting on my cheek as I type this out. ( maybe a bit more training needed) I will not be coming back read more

Been here twice over the course of 18 months. The optometrist came in and asked how my little one was doing by name. That was surprising and showed me that they are very attentive to their clients/patients. Dr. Pearcy is very thorough and knowledgable. They do offer late appointments. All staff were very professional and I got seen quickly by the doctor. Dr. DeMarino was very knowledgeable/friendly and helped with all my questions, making me feel at ease. All About Eyes has the friendliest staffs. A+ for Customer Services. I've been coming here ever since I moved from Boston (2012). The staffs are always helpful. They answer any questions you may have regarding insurance, eligibility, prescription, glasses, contacts, and much more. If you may need to purchase glasses or contacts; they will not pressure into getting anything. I went in for an eye exam for a new prescription and maybe migraine issues. Got my eyes exam and dilated. Great news, my prescription did not increase and my eyes are healthy! I was given a few advises and tips how to proceed my migraines with my doctor. That was definitely good to know. :) After the exam, I found out that my insurance covered a year worth of contacts, awesome beans! I only had a minor conflict twice; last year and this year when scheduling an appointment. The scheduled appointment would get changed/moved for some odd reason without notifying. It was a bit frustrating. I requested to leave work early to attend my scheduled appointment only to find out that I wasn't schedule that day, but a different day? Uh, odd? Maybe due to eligibility, new system or something. I don't know, but the staff was able to apologized and resolved the issue for the inconvenience. I've worn glasses for years but I decided I wanted to try contacts out for the first time. To start off, I was immediately greeted by a super friendly receptionist named Alicia who helped me get started before my appointment. Then, Rachel did the exam prior to the one with the doctor and she was amazing! She ultimately showed me how to use contacts and put them in for me and showed me how to take them out. Life saver! My visit with Dr. D was lovely and she was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Cynthia was cool too. She's always great. The ladies that worked up front were super nice and decent to me but the woman who looked at my eyes was EXTREMELY rude and rushed. There are definitely better eye places around I would recommend. I really liked All about eyes when I saw Dr. Rodriquez. Dr. Limpiado was nice to me also. However, when they called to confirm my appointment, ( which they did 9 times) They told me my visit would cost $120.00. When I was in the office Dr. Limpiado asked what I was quoted. I told her, and she said, " There is another fee to fit the lenses for $65 to 100$. Yours will be about $85. She asked what should be done, I told her that the price quoted to me on the phone was what I was prepared to pay. She went to talk to the other Dr. about this. I waited for her for 40 minutes and left. I had broken my back last Nov. and it is still very hard to sit for long periods of time. I will never go back. I feel that a price quoted should be valid. read more

Had a fantastic experience here with the Doctors and Staff. I have worn glasses for more than 15 years and decided it was time to make the switch to contacts. When it came time to try on the contacts, it was obvious that It was more of a struggle for me than most first timers. Dr. DeMarino was more than patient with me, sitting for more than a half hour and showing me multiple methods to getting them in and out.
