Finally decided to do it, and visited a few floor places in Vacaville. Visiting All About Floors, we were instantly made comfortable by Ullyses and his son. We picked out some awesome, high quality vinyl wood plank style flooring. They arranged installation to occur within a couple of days. Our installers, Rick and Francisco, were awesome, punctual, hard-working, friendly, and very skilled. They had over 1600 square feet to cover and replaced all our baseboards. We had a very unprofessional, dishonest experience with this flooring company, I will never recommend anybody use, all about floors because of what we went through, he was very professional when he first came over to show us samples and get our business ,after the down payment was given things went downhill really fast,, it took six months and the job is still not completed , some basic flooring that should've taken no more than 2 to 3 weeks, multiple times we were told the flooring we selected was no longer available and had to re-select ,then we were told that flooring was no longer available, the crew that came to do our floor was extremely unprofessional they just seemed like some kids that weren't experienced in any type of flooring, Please be careful in selecting this company,comes off asFriendly and professional initially but after the job starts it is a nightmare and when you call to find out why nothing is happening, calls are not returned ,emails are not returned for weeks, the quality of work that was done was sub par, please be careful in choosing them , I was cheated out of a good professional flooring installation. read more

I had Ulyses and All About Floors handle the installation of engineered wood flooring and base molding through my remodeled house. We were trying to fit a relatively tight window of completing the flooring within a month before I moved into the house. Ulyses visited the job site, handled the ordering, and scheduled all of the work including adjusting for a schedule change. He was very responsive to calls and emails, and he took responsibility for the crews installing the floors. Ulyses deserved a 5-star rating for his efforts, but I had a few minor issues with the installation crews. While both crews seemed very competent, the crews were switched halfway through the job, and there was a lack of communication. During the first part of the work, they needed to remove a vanity. Instead of doing it themselves, they talked with my remodeling contractor and eventually had him remove the vanity for which he then charged me. However, I told Ulyses we agreed to the full install cost, and he agreed to cover the charges. The second crew came in after we had a week's delay, and they seemed good but left the jobsite with messy conditions including leaving their tools soaking in my kitchen sink and leaving little room to walk around although I was in the house. Ulyses spoke with the crew, and they were much better after that and did a good job finishing, especially with painting the base molding to match the house colors. Overall, I highly recommend Ulyses to you for your flooring needs. read more
