So by 435 he arrived he didn't have samples so we focused on measurements. He took very detailed measurements and advised he would provide a quote for just upstairs and both up and downstairs. He advised he would provide the measurements and quotes a couple of days later. The price was a couple hundred less than the guy I decided to go with. I only went with the other guy because of the delay in receiving the quote. I think they will do a great job if you decide to go with them.

Before the sale, the team was attentive and responsive. After installation? Silence. Immediately following installation, two interior doors began dragging on the brand-new carpet, a problem that should never occur after a professional installation. Although a technician was sent out to shave the doors, one door still drags, putting unnecessary wear and damage on a carpet I just paid a small fortune for. Worse, the primary bedroom door lock has not worked at all since installation and will no longer lock. This is a basic functionality issue and a clear quality failure. Despite three written emails and multiple phone calls, beginning December 16, 2025, there has been zero follow-up and zero resolution. As of January 10, 2026, these problems remain unresolved, despite repeated requests and more than enough time to address them. The lack of accountability, communication, and post-installation support is unacceptable--especially for a high-dollar project. If you're considering this company, be aware: they are responsive until they get your money, and then you are on your own. I regret choosing them and would not recommend them to anyone who expects follow-through.
