I came in and asked for a small bouquet, with baby's breath and lavender colors, and they did not disappoint! Whipped this out in about 15-20 minutes which seemed quick to me! I absolutely love it, and for only $15! I will definitely be going back. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the atmosphere was a little cramped and things seemed to be everywhere. Granted, I called the day before Mother's Day because I found out that my gift to my mom was delayed (thank you supply chain), but this is not a $200 arrangement (and the roses were brown on the edges). Told the florist that I felt that I had been taken advantage of, the person answering the phone tried to put me on the phone to her supervisor, but that person didn't want to talk to me and instead just rattled off in the background that prices are higher for Mother's Day. This was the contracted local florist by 1800 Flowers. Ordered an arrangement for a funeral visitation. The company had all of the visitation information. On the evening of the visitation, the flowers were never delivered. 1800 Flowers listed it as an attempted delivery which turned out to be a lie. I was later notified by their customer service a delivery was not ever attempted and rather the florist did not work that day due to the weather. Neither the florist nor 1800 Flowers called or emailed to advise they would not be conducting the delivery. The replacement order for flowers for the funeral were also not delivered. I would suggest avoiding these companies at all cost! read more

I ordered flowers online from one of the big sites, From You Flowers, for my best friend's birthday several weeks ago. I don't live in Oklahoma, so therefore didn't know which local shop to use. From You Flowers then contracted with All About Flower Power to arrange and deliver the flowers to my friend's house on her birthday. Unfortunately, All About Flower Power decided not to honor what I'd already paid for on From You Flowers, and instead gave her a tiny, measly little bouquet that would have cost $5.99 at a local grocery store. When my friend sent me a picture of her bouquet, I was flabbergasted at the tiny size and that it looked nothing like the picture. Sure, I understand there's an expectation that what you see online may differ from what's received to a certain degree, but this was ridiculous. I ordered a bouquet with 10-15 blooms, and she received 3 roses with 2 lilies, one of which hadn't bloomed yet, as well as a tiny pile of haphazard greens jammed in a jar. Very uncool, especially considering what I'd paid. I called From You Flowers and explained the situation. They called Flower Power and asked them to redo the bouquet and make it right. Rather than doing that, Flower Power instead called to harass my friend directly, telling her they were going to come over and TAKE BACK the flowers and refund my money. Tip #1: You don't call a flower recipient on her birthday to say you're taking back flowers and issuing a refund. You call the person who ORDERED the flowers and talk it through. Tip #2: If the customer (in this case, From You Flowers and me) asks to redo the bouquet to reflect what was paid for, you redo the bouquet and make it right. You don't screw your customer over. In the end, From You Flowers ended up calling Flower Power back and told them that they are to not ask for the bouquet back, and they also ended up contracting with a different shop in Oklahoma to make the bouquet correctly. My friend finally ended up with a beautiful birthday bouquet, albeit a day late, as well as the small, subpar bouquet from Flower Power. And even after all this mess, Flower Power STILL ended up calling my friend again to try and bother her about it. The moral of the story is: don't buy flowers from All About Flower Power. Customer service is absolutely asinine. Although I purchased through From You Flowers and they had excellent customer service and helped me navigate this mess, I think next time, if possible, it would be easiest to purchase directly from a local shop. read more

I missed a call from the florist, I called back "two" minutes later and have phone records to prove it and they told me I was too late and the driver was already headed to his next stop. TWO minutes. They tell me they realize the delivery needs to be to me by a certain time and we confirmed. I had to call back to learn they were running behind and would not be there until Monday. The girl on the phone was rude, spoke over me and had zero understanding. Now mind you, I didn't even know I was getting these so the surprise is long gone. I am a very understanding person but being out of luck because of two minutes and rudeness, well that, is not ok. I am not sure why Lindsee P. had an experience as stated because I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Flower Power. The staff is fun and super sweet and my flowers last a long Time. I was a florist and know the proper way to take care of them but my friends do not and they still had a very long life from ones I had given them in the past. I worked at a few flower shops when I lived in Colorado and we used online companies such as the one stated in the previous post. I guess you are not familiar, Lindsee, with how these companies operate. First off, you received flowers not yet bloomed so that they would last because those that are already bloomed will die much sooner so the shop did you a favor. Secondly, what you paid is not what any flower shop will receive. You pay extra fees online that the shops do not see and they are also not given a delivery fee so must take it out of the arrangement cost. All shops that use online companies are also given formula of what to use is each arrangement for each price. So, typically what is shown online is going to be much larger that the shop is supposed to actually fill. Thirdly, more than likely the reason that the shop called the recipient is to confirm that they would be available to schedule a pick up of the flowers because when someone complains the online company will cancel the order causing the florist to receive no money. Truly what has happened here appears to be a misunderstanding. It is not the flower shop that you should be mad at, in fact it is the online company that you ordered from that charges you loads of hidden fees and uses false advertising to sell their arrangements. Local florists should not be punished for doing their job correctly, large corporate companies should! Support local business. Order flowers directly to a florist in your area! read more

I had placed an order with Pro Flowers to be delivered to my friend who currently lives in OK. All About Flower Power turned out to be the affiliated company who had fulfilled my order. The delivery man called me on Saturday, the day it was to be delivered, and told me that my friend was not available. Though they were closed at 3pm for that day, I called to make a second arrangement and spoke to a very nice woman, who told me that they will try again on Monday. The second attempt was made as planned on Monday but my friend was at work. I called later that week to check if All About Flower Power was able to deliver the flowers. I spoke with Chantel, who told me that they were not able to make the delivery however, they had called and spoke with my friend and made arrangements to deliver fresh flower the following Saturday. I was very pleased with the professional customer they had provided me over the phone. The women I spoke with had left a very good impression and made the process easy. Although I ordered through Pro Flowers, the service from All About Flower Power was really good, so I will order directly from them in the future. Seriously I was once happy with this place. Used them for two years straight. Then on Valentine's Day, it started. I ordered my flowers and had them delivered two days in advance with the specific message that they have to be delivered before noon or my Fiancé would not receive them. I didn't happen. When I called. I was laughed at rudely. So frustrated. But still tried them again this Mother's Day. Again I specifically asked that they put no roses in the arrangement. My fiancé does not like roses. This time the delivery was fine. My fiancé sends me a picture and the text of just "thanks". I see the roses and I'm immediately upset and call the store. Their solution to my problem was not to give my money back. But to go get what they delivered and bring the correct arrangement. !! Very insulted. I found this florist through a google search and had never ordered through them previously. I placed an order online for a Mother's Day arrangement to be delivered Friday, May 6th, 2016 in the hopes of beating the rush of arrangements for Saturday and Sunday. By the following Monday, the flowers had not arrived nor had we received any correspondence that there was a delay. I contacted the florist Monday, May 9th, 2016 in the evening and was told that the order had been overlooked. The representative on the phone did seem very apologetic and assured me that the flowers would be delivered the next day and they would double upgrade the order due to the mistake. The next day the flowers did arrive but I would not say they were upgraded at all. The arrangement was rather small considering I was told they would "upgrade the upgrade" as they completely missed Mother's Day all together. I recently lost my Mother in an automobile accident. A dear neighbor sent condolence flowers to my home from All About Flower Power. They were unable to deliver on day one because we live in a new addition not listed on Streets and Maps. They left a voice mail for me to call with directions. I did but requested that they deliver after 2:30 p.m. when I would be home from work. She said the purchaser had instructed them to leave the arrangement on the front porch if we were not at home but she said she would have the delivery person contact when delivery was made. They did not. I left work a early to find the arrangement sitting on the front porch on a 100 degree day. The water in the container was hot and the arrangement drooping. In hind sight, I should have said that I would pick the arrangement up from the shop on the home from work. But I feel that any responsible shop would have followed the instruction to call when delivery was made so I could have come home and moved the flowers into the house. I have no idea the cost of the arrangement to judge the value received but if it had been fresh, it would have been pretty. As mentioned it would have been better for me to have picked up the flowers myself but under the circumstance my thought processes were somewhat delayed. The certainly did not display a good standard of customer service and will not earn my business. read more
