I placed an order online with Flowers by Nora and it was filled by Designs By Tammy. The flowers they sent looked nothing like the arrangement that was advertised on the website. They arrived looking wilted and set in a mason jar rather than a vase. I contacted the merchant and they only refunded $20 out of an $80 purchase and made no further effort to rectify the problem. EDIT TO ADD: After I contacted the merchant a second time, they applied a full refund. I will give them another try when the opportunity arises. Thank you. read more

Reviews here are mixed, and I think it's because she treats customers differently, depending on whether they come in or order by phone or online. I have picked up flowers there twice and delivered them myself. I have also received flowers that someone went in and picked up. They were beautiful! I have also received flowers 3 times that someone ordered by phone or online. They were terrible! The flowers were already 1/2 wilted when they were delivered. The first time it happened, I called her, and she offered to remake the arrangement. I declined and I didn't tell the people who sent me to flowers. Maybe I should have! In addition, in the latest delivery the greenery was artificial! I would not recommend this business, UNLESS you can go in and personally supervise the flowers. read more

If I could give this business zero stars I called them January 9th stating that I wanted a flower arrangement for my mother in-law's funeral services that would be held the following day January 10th and before anything I asked what was their availability for it being short notice they said they work very close with Mathew's funeral home and they could fulfill my order we exchanged details they looked up my loved ones information we both confirmed names dates and times I called back the next morning the day of the services to give my message for the card that would be going on the spray I ordered the day before we went over again names dates and order details I even called to get a receipt because that was never sent the day prior when the order was placed I called an hour and a half after the services to see if the flowers were delivered and they said they were sorry there was a mistake and they had the order set for Friday January 12 I was immediately very emotional on the phone crying in disbelief that I called twice the day of placing the order and called again in the morning on the delivery date and my flowers were not delivered especially because I live in California and those flowers were being sent with so much love and they never made it to her. I received a calm sorry and an option to get them sent to the place of my choice the following day and for 250 dollars having something that was supposed to be special symbol of my love for burial services can not be fixed to just get delivered the next day I am very disappointed in the customer service I was provided I called to confirm 3 times and they never bothered to do their part in actually notating my information because had they listened to me they wouldn't have failed me read more

I am so upset because in the picture the flowers looked very full and pretty. Once they were delivered though, it looked like somebody just threw flowers in a vase and didn't even arrange any of them. Let alone not even put as many flowers as I purchased. Order flowers off FTD and was given to Tammy's for fulfillment. Delivery was for Saturday 5/15 and we're delivered on 5/16 even though the order tracker said delivered on 5/15. Having said that I could have dealt with that had I.got.what I paid for. Always get the option on FTD to get the up sale for good, better, and best. Took best and minimally got good. Called get all the excuses. A picture is all we get to make decisions off of so if dosent look like even close it's a fail. Won't use either places again. I have always been very pleased with the arrangements and gorgeous arrangements that Designs By Tammy provide. The also did the complete flowers for my mother's service in December and managed, beyond all my hopes found Peones for the casket spray. Once again today for my great granddaughter's birthday, on short notice in a downpour of rain delivered a stuffed pink seal and a ton of balloons arrangement. My granddaughter was thrilled! The long stem roses were staked with green wire to keep the heads up, they opened beautifully and I'm still enjoying most of them 12 days later. We have ordered from Tammy's online, over the phone, in person easily 20 plus times since they've been in the Edmond location. The shop itself is fantastic and everybody has always been really helpful. We have not experienced a single disappointment from these guys. They deliver early if they need to, they have an awesome array of vases instead of the super boring glass round things AND the arrangements have always equaled or surpassed the picture. Love the 24 hour kiosk in front of the store as well for last minute needs. Oddly, I had used them a few times prior to the new location and wasn't thrilled. My go to delivery places had been Cheever's/Fosters/Trochtas. Haven't used another shop since we got Tammy's 2.0. Thanks for helping build great moments. read more

Disappointed in the service and arrangement. We had purchased flowers for a friend who is deployed and wanted to do something special for his wife on Mothers Day. Paid $48 and was told to come back in two hours, after having called and being told that they had carnation arrangements ready to purchase. Came back almost three hours later, could hear them discussing in the back how it wasn't ready and the florist didn't know about the order and I would have to wait. Nobody came back to the front for about 5-10 minutes. The arrangement was very clearly thrown together haphazardly at the last minute and is not worth the almost $50 spent at all. I called from out of Saturday to order flowers for my mother and my sister who had to put our family dog down. I specifically asked the woman on the phone for white hydrangeas and white fluffy flowers since he was a white fluffy dog. I was told that this would be no problem and they have plenty of white flowers. I also told her that my budget was $75 BEFORE delivery and she ran with that!! Almost $200 later ($92 each) and both of them get delivered flowers that looked like they were picked up from some throw together bucket at the supermarket. Absolutely horrible quality and as someone who does floral work myself in another state (hence why I didn't deliver) they used less that $15 of flowers for the whole thing. I mean c'mon. I know profit has to be made but at least provide some quality. UPDATE: I called Monday and asked for my money back on one arrangement and Tammy herself told me she would gladly give me my money back on one of them... once one of the arrangements was picked up from the recipient?! I went into Tammy's because it is convenient to my house. I knew of other people who have used them who were on the fence about them, but I decided to give it a shot. I ordered a presentation bouquet, which to me is a long stemmed bouquet that you give in a presentation such as homecoming or Pageant events that the girls can hold a cross their arms. I even email them a picture of what I wanted.I really wanted to like what I got, but I was very disappointed in the cost for a very small bouquet of flowers. Honestly I could've gone to the grocery store and bought something I like better, for less money. The other thing is that it wasn't ready when promise. When I got there, I had to wait while they put it together making me late for a hair appointment for my daughter's homecoming. The most disappointing part for me, is when I finally decided to call and tell them that I was unhappy, I was told by the man who answered the phone that he would take my information and get to the bottom of it and get back to me. He never did get back to me. I just ordered a boutonniere and corsage for my kids dates for upcoming dance. I did not order them from Tammy's. They have lost my business. A side note to my story is that a friend of mine also stopped at Tammys after calling them that evening asking if they had cash and carry pink roses. They told her yes they did. She drove over there within five minutes of having this conversation, only to find that there were in fact no pink roses at all. We recently used them for our December wedding. The flowers were ready on time and that is the only positive I can give. However, their customer service is severely lacking. I would avoid them if possible. They don't communicate well at all which only adds to the stress of wedding planning. At our first meeting they said they would have an estimate over to me within a couple days. Two and a half weeks passed before I had to contact them asking where the estimate was. The estimate was sloppy and included no total amount. I had to add up each individual item on my own. The flowers received were also not the same color we had agreed upon. After the wedding my mother went in to pay our remaining balance for a bouquet added at the last minute only to find out they decided to automatically charge her card without authorization. They then lied saying they had emailed myself a notification that they were just going to charge her card. read more

My sister and I ordered lilies for our mom this weekend and they were super prompt! The only downfall is that the arrangement did not look "put together". We paid over $70 and we were hoping for a more arranged look (as it looks on their website), and it looked like a bunch of lilies were just tossed in the vase. They have opened beautifully which is a plus, because most of them were completely closed on delivery. The owner gave me information about the transaction and I looked into it. Soon discovered that the info was only partially correct and she was purposely being deceitful.
