Unpleasant experience as a potential customer. I reached out to this company via email to inquiry about pricing but unfortunately their email address was not working. After I had sent an inquiry email, I got an email back that said their email address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail. As an attempt to get in communication with the company to get a quote after hours I used the "book now" feature on their website. The book now feature did work. The employer contacted me via text the following day. After I told them I was still collecting quotes and will contact them back if I decide to book with them. The company replied "Please don't reserve again online bc that costs me $ everytime". I explained to the company why I used the book now feature on their website since their email was not working, the company responded "Thanks for pointing out the obvious lol there's no reason to be rude tho ". As a potential customer just looking for a quote, I felt like this company owner demonstrated unprofessionalism in her texting customers using "$" and "LOL". The whole experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant. Please improve your customer service and communication with potential customers. Also please provide a workable email address for customers to request a quote without having to directly call as some customers prefer email communication instead of calling or texting. read more

Had a great experience with All About Fun. My first party rental. They replied right away to my query and were super communicative about drop off and pick-up. We rented 4 tables, 36 chairs, table clothes, and got a balloon set up. It was a surprise party, so timing for drop off was crucial, and I was particularly grateful for the phone call that it was safe to set up, with the birthday boy out of the house. Pick up was just as smooth. The balloons were great. We had a rocket/space theme, and they set up a giant balloon display in front of the garage- blues, silver, marbled grey with long black balloons wrapped around some like the rings around Saturn. Don't go this place. I ordered 8 3ft balloons for my daughter's birthday party last month & she was 3 hours late when the party started. On top of that, they weren't even 3ft balloons. They were 24in balloons! There was white tape on the balloons when they were delivered and I tried to take it off and one of them popped! I asked for a refund before she even delivered it and she didn't want to. All she offered was a $25 in store credit for my next purchase. I paid $154 for nothing basically. read more

My baby shower was yesterday Sep 7th, and I underestimated the amount of tables and chairs that I needed it, so I got this place recommended by a friend, and I called at 11:43am and order 4 tables and 40 chairs, Nicole I think that was her name, she was very helpful and kind to me, she said the delivery will take about 1hr but they got to me in 30 min, Issac who was the delivery guy was very nice to us and the helper too, Im so glad I got to order last minute with them. The price was not so bad it was a fair price. I wish I had cash to tip but unfortunately I didn't, but they do take Zelle, I definitely recommend their service to anyone, specially if you need it last minute. Nicole is very helpful. I ordered from here for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. I did a backdrop and ordered several koala balloons. They all ended up pretty cute !! The only reason I have a 4 was because I was not informed until a few days before that I would need to return the equipment used for the backdrop AND she did not have the right location even after calling and giving the updated location. These are not big deals but enough that I am giving it a 4. That, and I felt that it was a bit expensive although I understand that as well due to the gas hike. I was looking around my area for a place that had the whole bounce house package deal for a reasonable price and one that was affordable. I randomly came across All About Fun and I'm so grateful I did. I stopped in the store the weekend before my child's 1st birthday party and asked about the packages they offer. I was greeted my one of the ladies working that day who was very helpful and then in came Nicole. She helped me complete my package deal of a 15x15 bounce house, piñata, tables, chairs and balloons. I had also bought a couple of table covers and a cupcake stand. My babies birthday was complete and everything i had hoped for. The gentlemen who came and unloaded everything came between 9-10am the morning of the party as stated. They also called before arrival along with picking up the next morning. They were very nice and professional. The bounce house was clean and was the biggest hit at the party with the kids along with the piñata. All of the kids got a second round of swings at the piñata which who doesn't love a second chance at trying to break it open.
