We did not have to use the wrinkled tablecloths that we had. Instead, fresh linens made everything look just right! Prices for certain things are too steep for this local party shop. Rented chairs and tables at a fair price 2 years ago on two occasions and was missing one chair on one occasion but they fixed it immediately. Flowers are too pricey and they're mediocre unless youre looking for roses. They have variations of colors. They organize them nicely into a bouquet. I came back recently just for balloons and it was unprofessionally made. There was no weight for me to hold onto the balloons- they were tied with a string. They were blown up too big and that is probably why one popped on my way out. The fellow behind the counter wanted to charge me again to replace a single balloon. The strings at both ends were not curled. I was disappointed. They also deflated quicker than most balloons and they were inside the house $1 charge for debit/credit card Lost my business. UPDATE: The manager (Blanca) was able to get a hold of my sister - after the Thanksgiving holiday. I appreciate that she was able to rectify the situation with her. I understand that it gets busy around the holidays and things get lost in translation, but I'm glad she took the time to call and try to make things right. I was told that the next time we have an issue or need assistance that we can email her directly and she would be able to immediately send someone out to help. I wish we knew this ahead of time so that we could have fixed the problem from the start. Although we got off on the wrong foot, I would come back and try their rentals out again to give them the benefit of the doubt. Thank you Blanca, for being accommodating and working hard to rectify the situation. __________________________________________ My wedding shower was last weekend, 11/17/18 and I decided to rent out 3 patio heaters from this place. I finally decided to give it a chance after passing it by so many years. I live about 1.5 mi away from Heredia's but still opted for a drop off of the heaters bc they're so huge. There was a $20 delivery fee - which is fine it's a service. Anyways, the delivery time was from 0900 1200. When it passed 1200 we called and all of a sudden they said the original drop off was from 0900 to 1400. That's a huge gap. I had to call Heredia's twice bc the driver was late. He arrived between 1430-1445. Idk about you, but I'm always on time and waiting for the delivery wasted my time. The driver showed us how to use the heaters and they worked for the time being. The party started at 1800 and we didn't turn the heaters on until 2100. Long story short, the heaters didn't work. I called and spoke to Blanca the next day asking for some kind of compensation bc her heaters were defected. She promised she would call back before the end of the night but she never did. read more

I have been using them for years. They are always dependable and have reasonable prices. This past weekend I had a birthday party for my son and was running late. Needless to say the delivery person from Heredia's was waiting for me to arrive to leave the items. They were unable to leave the table, chairs, and bounce house since no one was available to sign for the delivery. The young man had another delivery to make by 1pm in LA I was about 10-15mins away. The gentleman was kind enough to wait until I arrived so that I would not have to wait for him to return from LA to bring what I ordered since my party started at 1:30 pm. Past experiences- I've rented tables/chairs from here before they're $6 per tables and $1 per chairs. Wayyy more expensive than most places where it's $5 for table and $.50 per chair. Their delivery fee was $10 which was fine although they were only about a 3minute drive from the party location. Today, I called and was told that the delivery fee is $20. I told the young woman on the phone I was a bit confused because that was a really high delivery charge and why as a returning customer did the price change, she said "because we need to pay our drivers" as though they never paid them prior. She continued to tell me that if my order was under $30 the delivery charge was $10 and X is X amount, but put me on hold to speak with her superior. She came back on the phone and said her boss says to disregard the sheet for delivery and that delivery is set at $20. Given the weekend and many graduation parties, looks like sketchy mark up. NEVER WILL I ORDER TABLES/CHAIRS from here again! read more

This is and has been my go to party rental store. I have used them a few times now including again this month. I used them for 2 baby showers, a party and my Mother's 80th birthday party. Each party was a success!!!! I have ordered chairs, tables, umbrellas, linens, balloons and helium tanks. For my Mom's party I wanted Real red roses on top of her cake so I needed like a ring of roses to just set on the cake. I originally went to Conroy's flowers for an estimate and not only did the sales person make a face when she had to stop what she's doing and walk over to me she was very rude and acted like she wasn't interested in my order. I finally got an estimate out of her of $50. I thanked her and walked out. Heredia's also sells real flowers so I asked Betty who was helping me with my order. Her estimate was $50 as well but guess what? She was helpful, interested and assisted me with a smile!! She called over to her flower person and confirmed price. What a difference!!! Everyone is always very helpful at Heredia's and they do it with a smile. So refreshing!!! I will always go here when I need stuff for parties!!!! Thank you to all the employees at Heredia's!!
