My wife and I went in to purchase a puppy at this location. They lied and said that Vet care and a…read morepuppy welcome kit was included when in fact they charged us for all of those items. The owner also lied and said that the Mastiff we bought was his own Mastiffs son. I returned to return the puppy because it had health problems and was not a pure bred. The owner said we could return the dog and he would give us a surrender letter which would entitle us to a refund. I sent my wife with the puppy in tears, she came home with a typed of surrender letter stating we were basically getting nothing back and on top of that they get to resell the puppy which had health issues. I absolutely do not recommend this puppy Mill to anyone and frankly anyone who had the same issues please reach out to me as I am starting a class action lawsuit. Update: I was called by the corporate office, I explained the situation and they didn't seem to care. I reiterated everything on this complaint to them, the response I received was too bad soooo sad. I mentioned that the manager lied and they didn't seem surprised. I stand behind my review as they stand behind the appalling service they offer. My wife is still paying on the charge despite the owner saying we could return the dog, they also said they would have their council which I am assuming is their legal team(not sure who in their right mind would represent this place) call me to discuss their terms lol. We got the recommendation from a friend to come to pet food warehouse after complaining about the…read morehassle of washing our sweet Ernie in our bathroom. Pet food warehouse has two self serve dog wash tubs that raises up (bye bye back aches), have different setting nozzles, and our favorite- a high powered blow drier to get our super shedder dry in 15 min or less! When you walk in, go to the counter and let them know you'd like to use the dog bath. They have a card you sign up with (after 12 washes, the next is free! We are still working on our 12 lol). After taxes it comes to about $17 a wash. They supply you with some soap as well. We get the snowflake and also bring our own deshedding shampoo to use. They will show you how everything works in the room, along with plenty of dry towels and treats for the doggos after they are clean! Mr Ernie loves the staff (they always give extra treats) and we usually get a thing or two while we're there (they have everything you could think of here!). Def recommend if you are looking for a self serve dog wash! *tip, first I think Sunday of each month the dog wash closes early for nail trims. We've made that mistake before lol
