Finley is so happy with his new pawdicure!

I love this location! Danika is the best at the grooming salon. Everyone always gives me a hard time about my dog's quicks being too long, so they never cut his nails short enough. Danika is the first person at this location who cut/grinded my dog's nails BEAUTIFULLY, with no hang nails, and perfectly short just up to the quick! You can no longer hear my dog's nails tapping on the ground as he walks. I just know he's so much happier and walking much more comfortably. Thank you Danika!

Easy drop-off and pickup with this location. We've visited multiple times and would recommend their grooming services. Thank you, Sarah!

I got my dog toys and treats here and she absolutely loves them. Also the employees were very nice.

Took my newly adopted dog to get nails trimmed with Vaughn. Everything I thought went fine because I wasn't notified otherwise. They said he was nervous but got use to the nail trimming. When I was walking out of the store another grooming associate chased me down because as she explained - I didn't get everything I paid for and they will take my dog back again so they can finish ALL of the services. When I got home I noticed that my dogs stomach was roughly scratched and it looks like he previously bled. Again, not brought up to me at all by the grooming associates. When I reached out the store manager Glen to explain my dogs injuries - there was no sorry. The message I received was that he looked at the protocol and it simply couldn't have happened even though they used a dremel tool. He didn't even talk with his team to figure out what actually happened. Just looked at a paper and tried to take off blame. This store will injure your animal, not tell you, not apologize, and not take accountability.

I have a 3 year old pit-mix named Blu. He is not absurdly disobedient he just had a few problems…read moresuch as extreme pulling on the leash and easily excitable around other dogs and new people. Angel was a very nice individual and the training price was very appealing compared to other trainers. I was not informed that the training relied heavily on the e-collar until I arrived at the training location to drop Blu off. I have already had an e-collar at home for a while and it only improves his behavior when he wears it. I thought the training would be something like positive reinforcement training or any other training technique besides using the e-collar. I went with it only because I figured she was a professional dog trainer and not a first time dog owner like myself, so she probably knows how to properly train with it. I went with the three week board and train program that is offered because it was the best option for my work schedule. From day one of the three week board and train program Angel assured me that communication would be top tier and I wouldn't have to worry about that. She was very nice and said everything any dog owner would want to hear when entrusting their dog with a complete stranger. Nonetheless during the three weeks it was extremely hard to get in touch with Angel. I would text for a check in to make sure everything was going good every now and then, but I wouldn't receive a response for days on end which was very alarming and I was extremely worried. I gave Angel the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to be that she was busy training Blu. However this lack of communication continued throughout the entire three weeks which is unacceptable. On the day of pick up Angel offered to take me on a walk through in Home Depot with Blu to demonstrate the process of continuing the training at home. This walk through was explanatory and she provided useful information that I could use at home with Blu to keep up the improvements. This was a pleasant experience and I felt she explained and demonstrated very well. Once we were departing from Home Depot taking Blu home I noticed wounds on his elbows paws and his back legs. I immediately messaged Angel and asked for an explanation. I waited two weeks to give her a chance to respond before leaving my review, but I have yet to hear anything. I am very frustrated that Blu was sent home with injuries and no explanation as to what happened. Upon returning home Blu's behavior such as jumping on strangers from excitement seems to be the only major improvement. It still happens occasionally but not with everyone like before. He also continues to pull on walks even when I use the e-collar, the pulling seems to ease once he's exhausted himself. I follow all the routines and instructions Angel provided at Home Depot, but Blu reverts back to his previous behavior anytime the collar is off. I was informed that it would take time and repetition to see real improvements but it seems as though his good behavior is reliant on the e-collar. Angel informed me this would only happen if I put the e-collar on only when going on walks. However he wears it all day and I remove it at night as instructed. Overall the experience was not great but I would assume this is the reason the other training prices are so expensive. I believe the service was extremely overpriced for what I received, and I feel as though I've just paid $1400 for an e-collar and a few pointers.

Angel was able to use all of that in a constructive way to help Baylee learn some boundaries. Thankfully Angel was very open with communication and sent updates frequently which was a big ease on our minds because we felt we could trust Angel, even not knowing a whole lot about her beforehand. We picked up our Vizsla yesterday and there is a huge difference in discipline. Obviously the first week back with us will be the most challenging, but if we do our part, there's no doubt in my mind that these new "tricks" will stick for good. We highly recommend Angel as a loving and hard working dog trainer.

She is 100% invested in seeing you and your dog succeed and will always go out of her way to help as much as she can. I trust her fully with my dog, more than anyone else as she genuinely cares about your dog and treats them as if it was her own. The Everyday K9 community has been so beneficial for not only my dog but me. It's a group of people you can look to and trust, and we're all there at the end of the day for the same goal to have a better behave dog. Our pack walks on Wednesdays really strengthen our bond between all people and dogs. I now have a dog that can walk perfectly loose leash besides me. She can sit relaxed and calmly when going out and she has even made couple of dog friends. I never thought I would see the day of any of these accomplishments and I contribute it all and the growth and success of my dog and myself as a pet parents to Heather and her team at Everyday K9. They have truly changed my life and I could not be more grateful for them.

At a certain point, he became very aggressive toward visitors or anyone whom he deemed "a threat" to us. He bit a few people, and we started to search for a trainer. Pet Peeves and its owner, Wendy Kelly, came recommended by our veterinarian as well as others. We were taken aback by an extremely high fee for her services, which cut a large hole into our savings, but we thought Travis was worth the effort. For several months, Wendy would come work with Travis weekly, and she gave us homework. Knowing this was about training us as well as our dog, we worked at it. Some of it was difficult, some not so much. His progress was slow, and Wendy took him away for a week to work with him. That produced promising results; we learned how to spot his aggressive tendencies and how to counter them. Wendy had had some health setbacks, and they would surface on occasion. At a certain point, she became less dependable, coming to appointments late, a few times not at all, rescheduling, and having chronic transportation problems. She also developed a penchant for interesting us in her products. We went for a period where there were no sessions, and we worked with her for nearly a year. Travis made considerable progress, but the aggressive side still appeared at times. Wendy became less dependable, and she started to blame us for his lack of progress. We both work during the day, and aren't able to give the level of training she was expecting. We confronted Wendy on her lack of consistency, as this was necessary for hus improvement and our ability to engage him. Wendy became quite defensive, said she couldn't do any more with him, especially since we wouldn't do the homework (not true), and essentially fired us. At one time she had been apologetic about our taking on such a difficult pet, and was (overly?) eager to rehouse him when that seemed a possibility. The holidays came and went, we figured time might heal, and reached out to her with a progress report at the beginning of the year, and a wish to resume training, feeling he was close to being "cured." We also said that, due to her money-back guarantee on her website, we would like 1/3 of our money returned if she didn't agree to resume training, feeling he was 2/3 of the way there. Our request was texted and emailed, and we followed up in the spring after getting no response initially. We are still awaiting a response. We feel we were taken advantage of after acting on good faith, and even apologized for putting her on the spot. It seemed she was more interested in selling 'Wendy' rather than finishing a job for which we paid a large amount of money. Very disappointed.

She did a number of different functional behavior tests to see what she would do in different circumstances and I have to say that her assessment was spot on. She nailed what was happening and how best to help my dog, using a thought process I would not otherwise have had. I am now working with Wendy to help a foster dog overcome some advanced behavioral issues, and again I am blown away at her knowledge of the field, her professionalism and effective strategies in working with animals. If you have a tricky behavior problem with your dog or situations of stress or trauma, I highly recommend Wendy. She is a true master at what she does and to top it all off she guarantees her work. Doesn't really get any better than that.
