Dian would come in the morning to feed and provide fresh water and change the inside litter daily. She would also stay and play with them and brush their fur. The indoor cat loves her and the stray even took a liking to her, and he is skittish around everyone! She spent the time getting to know us and our animals during her consultation visit, this gave us tremendous reassurance that our animals were in good hands. And so far he's been absolutely amazing. I'm a believer that it's the human that needs to be trained more than the dog. Because I'm the one that's gonna be helping my puppies. And lately it's been a little different for me and I definitely need some assistance. So far one of the things that I've enjoyed and has helped me feel confident about him is the way that he speaks and how he communicates information. I don't feel like he's talking down to me like I'm a dumbass. And I've worked with a lot of trainers. I've always felt like that's been important and I have a lot of things to learn always no matter what. And often unfortunately , there's been a little bit of that conflict. Or I'm the stupid one and they know everything. And I believe that they know a little bit more than me most of the time. And some of them have been very condescending and I don't appreciate that. And I usually tell them. But I have to say I have never once felt that way with Antonio. He speaks clearly and in a way that I can understand him and if I don't, I ask him to maybe say it differently because I didn't get it and he does and he's calm and patient and doesn't get all rattled and honestly right now. I kinda need that. Because I'm getting kind of rattled. I need some help. So far so good they're going two weeks and I'll give updates.

The other ones had listed my zip code as an area they service, but once I called they declined to help me. Fetch's website listed prices that were a little higher, but they covered all areas, so I ended up hiring them. I am very happy with the service I received and -BONUS- I just got the bill and it was quite lower than I expected, so all is good. I had a pet sitter visit my place twice a day. She left me notes on each day's visit, plus she called me with updates. I even miscalculated the time change and ended up waking her up at 6am with a question and she was so nice, I didn't even realize my mistake until later. I will be using them again.
