After nearly two decades living in Las Vegas, I have been searching pretty much that entire time for a reliable, trustworthy pet sitter. I've hired so many different people and companies, and one after the other totally let me down by not taking good care of my fur babies or even worse, not even bothering to show up. I have interviewed dozens of sitters, and I have never been more impressed with anyone than I have with Desiree, the owner of Little White Dog. I hired her on the spot, and it was the best decision I have ever made! Desiree was able to come by in person for an interview and meet and greet with just a one day notice, and I was so impressed! She was punctual and asked all the right questions. One of my cats instantly loved her, running up and meowing like crazy for lots of lovins (always a great sign). I knew this would be the right match! Little White Dog Company has been caring for my pets for about 6 months now, and they are THE BEST. I've booked them from everything like a 14 day trip to a one day drop-in. Depending on your service request, you will sometimes be assigned different sitters. I've had several different employees drop in on my cats, and they've all been excellent, but Desiree is my favorite. I can tell she has a good relationship with my pets, and they are starting to recognize and like seeing her, too. I love that there's total accountability, which is important. The sitters set a timer so you know they stay the entire scheduled time, and I love the detailed reports and photos that I am sent shortly after every visit. Scheduling is very easy, as is adding additional days if necessary. Of course, the more notice the better, but I've had visits scheduled with just a couple days advance notice and they were able to accommodate me. Prices are reasonable ($26 for a half hour visit; I have three cats, but the rate is the same as if I had one pet), and you can pay online with a credit card (which gives you yet another level of safety). I like that there's an option to add a tip when you pay. They have an app that's amazing and easy to use, and it's a great way to keep in touch with the people caring for your most important furry family members. I always crack up when I get the reports and pictures, but it also puts me at total ease so I can enjoy my vacations and keep my focus on business trips because I can rest assured that my cats are in the best hands possible! It's a tech-savvy company for sure, and I can't say enough positive things about the app. Users can go in and change things like their garage door keypad code, give detailed instructions, or ask questions before, during, and after the sitter visits. This is important for things like if you're expecting a package delivery or trash day. I like that I can choose the time window for visits, and they offer both 30 minute and 1 hour check-ins. The app also offers a secure place to store things like your neighborhood gate code, alarm system code, and emergency contact numbers. No more paper instructions, it's all in the palm of your sitters hand! Best of all, my cats seem happy when I return home, instead of stressed and upset. That means they also love the sitters as well. My home has always been left in a clean condition too, and their litter boxes are spotless and their water and food bowls totally full. I am posting a second review bc we LOVE Little White Dog & their wonderful petsitters. This team has watched our 3-4 cats several times over the past 3 years. Our cats are a bit high maintenance meaning they all like a different toys, they all have supplements they need in their food plus medication that needs to be given twice a day. We feed raw food so that needs to be thawed out & cleaned up after meals. We also ask that the water & litter is cleaned daily. We love the pictures we get with every visit & the updates. I actually look forward to this while out of town or on vacation. We highly recommend them! read more

Little White Dog Co is incredible! We have a 60lb lap dog who doesn't like to be alone, but also doesn't like other pups.. so home pet sitting was crucial for our out-of-town trips. These women are AMAZING! I can't say enough good things. They're attentive, responsive and clearly love their job! We get a full dog update with a few pictures each time they come to the house while we're gone. Napoleon may be sad to have his parents gone, but I know he's SO excited when he sees Kristen, Destiny, Desiree, Diana, Kirstie... it's incredible! 4 minutes ago I went on vacation for 10 days and decided I didn't want to board my dogs that long. Kristen at Little White Dog was referred to me by a trusted friend. My dogs are my babies and I don't trust people with them much. One of my dogs is injured and needed lots of special care. Kristen did an absolutely amazing job taking care of my 3 Belgian Malinois!! She sent me pictures and updates every day, she took Moab to the Vet to get his dressing changed. I extended my trip 3 days and she took on those days no problem. We hired Kristen and one of her staff to be our designated dog walkers for our 2 pitbulls for our wedding ceremony. She was easy to communicate with and made sure the dogs were taken care of to and from our wedding venue. Although we could have had the dogs stay longer (their allotted time slot is up to 6 hours), we didnt want our dogs to be bored and anxious and needed to go back to their Rover sitter. Little White Dog is seriously such a life saver! I am a very nervous feline parent and I worry about my two feline companions when I am away. Will they get their medicine? Will someone actually show up reliably to feed and care for my cats? I didn't need to worry. This team is excellent! They are extremely reliable, they are excellent at giving medications, enzymes, etc and they even kept up my clicker training when I was away. They are also great with bringing in packages, opening/closing shutters as requested, taking out garbage cans, etc and anything else that happens. The team is also very responsive when something goes on. One time, there was an issue getting the house door opened and the team called me repeatedly so we could resolve the problem so the cats could be taken care of. Highly recommend this service! I only feel comfortable going away because I know that Kristen and her team will take excellent care of my fur babies. read more

We started with 2 senior JRT that were very set in their ways she was calm and they quickly loved her (even if they did bark the entire time).
