That was tedious. They don't have as many different throws as some of the other places, but this is a good place to come to fill in the gaps. Next year I'm going to really do up my Mardi Gras costume and I'm going to get some higher end fabric and this is where I'm coming!

I brought in my Brother SE700 embroidery machine specifically because they are an authorized Brother warranty service dealer. Unfortunately, when my machine was returned to me, a major part was missing. The business claims they do not have the part, and the technician claims he does not have it either. Despite this, nobody seems willing to take responsibility or accountability for what happened. I have repeatedly had to call myself just to get updates, and there has been very little communication or sense of urgency from their side. I even asked them to review their security cameras to verify that I arrived at the store with the missing part, but I have not received the accountability or customer service I expected. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. A business handling warranty repairs should have procedures in place to properly track customers' equipment and parts, and they should absolutely take responsibility when something goes missing while in their possession. I would strongly recommend taking your machine elsewhere.
