Myself and my brother had our walkouts flood with sewage water. And my mom's basement flooded several times with sewage water. All Cannons fault!!! We are still waiting on a $30,000 deck we had Cannon built which is separating and lifting (safety hazard). Which has been now almost a year of fighting with them. And this is only scratching the surface of the problems all of us have experienced. I would highly recommend not going with Cannon for your new home.

We hired Goodfellas for a large renovation of a 6-unit building in St. Louis City. While our bid…read morewas explicitly with Goodfellas, the Owner had negotiated a side deal with a subcontractor who claimed he could do the work cheaper. We gave Goodfellas a deposit of $25,000 to start the project. Goodfellas then paid the subcontractor who took the money and went unresponsive. We asked Goodfellas repeatedly to either perform the work or give us a refund. They refused to do either. Now we are not only out of pocket $25K with no results but are also several months behind schedule. We are not able to pay our loan to the bank who provided us the money and may have to default. Needless to say, we will not be working with Goodfellas or Ken Crumes (the Owner) ever again.
