I will give 2 stars for how organized they are (when we arrived, the names of all the dogs and who is grooming them is on a white board and check-in is very easy). They were also very communicative prior to the appointment. Staff were all very nice. When I picked my dogs up after 3:5 hours and both were still a little bit damp. I noticed one dog had wet ears and a few knots behind her ears so I combed those out when we got home. Because she was damp upon pickup, she dried with her fur going all over. She is soft and fluffy though. My other dog, however, when I got home I noticed in the sun one area of his skin was super pink. I moved his fur back and noticed a whole patch of skin was raw. I'm not sure if they brushed too hard or with the wrong type of comb, but his skin was almost bleeding (the skin is a little broken in a few areas). The rest of his body seems fine but this one patch is raw which has never happened before. We just moved here so finding a new groomer and vet has been my biggest stressor. I know large dogs can be REALLY hard, but we had an amazing groomer back home so I know it can be done. They seemed to be doing great with the small shih-tzus and poodles and such, so I think if you have that type of dog, you would be okay.

They pull the mobile van right up on your driveway and plug in for all needed services. Baths and clippings and combings - all taken care of in the dog's comfort zone at home. This service is changing my life and I would recommend it. In fact, half of my neighborhood uses Anything's Pawsable, and I have discriminating neighbors! I knew if this service was good enough for the other sweet dogs in the hood, it would certainly be good enough for my two!

There was always hair and wet towels all over the floor. I felt really uncomfortable leaving my dog with her. The last time I look my dog the owner, Sarah, was back and everything was fine. Last month I called three times in a week and left a message requesting an appointment. No one ever called me back. I also posted on their Facebook with no reply. I don't know if they are closed, or just don't care about their customers anymore, but my dog won't be going back there anymore. They've become very unprofessional. It's sad because they had good prices, and used to do good work.

I think they must be out of business because they clearly don't care about scheduling appointments or keeping existing customers. I won't be taking my dogs there again.

Believe me when I tell you I have a problem child so when she is notified that I called with an issue she gets me in ASAP. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I just can't say enough nice things about this clinic. My problem child ate a shirt and the doctor and staff hung out with her all day trying to make her throw it up. When I got there they were all sitting on the floor around her petting and trying to comfort her. I don't know about you but that shows such compassion and dedication. Unfortunately my problem child decided to throw it up while in the car on the way home but at least no surgery. If you are looking for a family doctor because let's face it our animals are family then I would definitely check out this clinic.

They insisted that he only needed to do a partial grooming and not a full trim. I took my doodle back today and when I picked him up, he looked like a different dog. They said he was very matted and shaved him fully from head to toe. It took them 3 hours (!!) to shave him. They didn't even show me my dog before I paid (and added a 20% tip) because they knew I'd be upset. I honestly didn't even recognize my dog. No bandana, no fluff, no sign of my happy, bouncy Goldendoodle, just a scared, traumatized dog with severe razor burns and cuts. We will NEVER go here again and Rebekah should NEVER be allowed to touch a Goldendoodle or any dog. Worst grooming ever if you can even call it grooming. Rebekah even had the audacity to tell me that they recommend grooming every 6-8 weeks to avoid this from happening ... my dog saw you 5 weeks ago.
