Have been going here for over a year. Turned the other cheek on the occasions they were not wearing masks during the pandemic, but recent visit was last straw. They'd just had to close for (10 days?) a Covid outbreak amongst their groomers/employees, and on the first day they were back open, no one wore a mask. I stood far from the desk and refused to come any closer until the associate helping me put one on, but as soon as she went to the back to get my dog, it came right back off. And I could tell she was talking about me as soon as she got back there because everyone still in the grooming room turned to look at me. Perhaps they thought it was a hoax up until it affected their business to the point of having to close, you would think this would be the wake up call to mask up, but it was not. If you care about mask wearing, be weary going here. read more

If you love your pet then do not bring to this place they abuse their paw clients I've been bringing my dog to so many groomers before and my dog never shakes and first time I brought her she was fine because she didn't know what was going on second time she was so scared and shaking and my dog never does that to any groomer and today I found out that my friends dog is now shaking when coming anywhere close to this place. read more

Took my cavachon pup for his first hair cut there. My direction, please dont make him look stupid and just clean him up. They did such an excellent job. Cooper will be coming back for his next haircut there as well. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. read more

I've been taking my dogs here for a few years now. I never had any problems until recently. My youngest dog had a big cut under his chin which looked like a clipper burn. Nobody told me that the dog was hurt. I had been noticing that every time I take my dogs to the groomer my youngest dog is always very nervous and crying not wanting to go in there. I called the salon the next day when I noticed the cut and left a message and they called me back. The owner was apologetic but did not take any responsibility for the cut. I sent her a picture and everything. Luckily the cut did not get infected. But this had not been first time my dog got cut at their salon. The worst part was that they did not tell me they hurt my dog. I will not take my dogs there any longer. Sorry to say. read more

Terrible experience. Would NOT recommend this salon. They injured/cut my dog, which gave him an infection needing 2 weeks of antibiotics to clear it up. Sara didn't even call to check up on him, nor did she offer to pay the costs which were over $200 for the vet visits and meds. And we were long time customers, there for over 2.5 years, spending almost $1,400 over that time. And it wasn't the first time they injured him either. Chalked that one up to an accident which was my mistake. Sara handled this situation very unprofessionally in my opinion and I no longer believe my pups are safe with their groomers. read more

Absolute worst service EVER. Have taken my Aussie/Pyr mix three times - great the first two times and the third time she was shaved!!! When both me and my husband spoke with the salon manager, Rebekah, all she wanted to do is argue with me. So very rude and unhappy. Will never ever come back to this place! Took our cat in for a walk in appointment, clean and professional staff. Greeted right when we walked in and our cat was able to be take back right away. We were in and out in 5 minutes max. Would definitely recommend, we will be repeat customers for sure! read more

I have never left an unkind review in my life, but I'm hoping that my experience will help others. I have called this shop no less than 3 times. On each occasion, I was treated rudely by the same person who answers the phone. During these calls, she has let me know that I'm not special, my dog isn't special, and there is a no wiggle room for questions; nor can I speak to the owner. When you are calling a business in hopes of becoming a new customer, you have questions and want to feel like you matter. You want to hear joy in their voice, you want to be welcomed. You probably have questions and want to know more about their policies, times, and pricing. ((This company lacks a website)) On my first call, the woman actually told me that she was busy and she wouldn't schedule me. On the second call, she told me basic information, but still couldn't get me on the schedule. By the third call, I was calling hoping to get to speak to the owner to see if I could share my experiences of my previous two phone calls. The catalyst for why I called this salon in the first place was because my favorite groomer had decided to move to this salon so she would be closer to home. I'm beyond disappointed that she has chosen this salon. Long story short is that all businesses deserve a few chances before being reviewed poorly. This salon has shown me on three different occasions that they do not desire my business and they have never even met me nor my pup. My favorite groomer just lost a client who used to see her every two weeks like clockwork and always left her ****$20-$30 TIP****each and every visit. What a terrible business model. Groomers beware. I have had trouble with grooming my Maltese. He gets ear infections ever time he's groomed and suffers from skin allergies that typically get worse after grooming. .... Sara's Dog Gone Beautiful was the first experience in three years that left my dog itch free and no ear inflammation! He was perfectly.....and I mean PERFECTLY GROOMED. Great cut, ears plucked clean, nails clipped....I am amazed at this place!!!! THEY TOOK EXTRA CARE TO ATTEND TO MY DOGS NEEDS. I Love this place and will use them as my groomer forever... read more

I took my 2 bichons there twice already. The first time I brought them there, they were so matted but Sara did a superb job making them look absolutely clean and beautiful! And the most important thing is, my dogs were not nervous at all! They were happy! Our second time was as satisfactory as the first time. Price is reasonable too! The shop is scented and I think they have different scented "theme" every month. Very pleasant experience! read more

Sara does a great job as do all her groomers. My two Shih Tzus always look fantastic! Also they are willing to work with my diva female who doesn't appreciate certain areas being groomed and can get aggressive. Dogs are always happy when they come home to which has not been my experience at other pet salons. read more

Sara & her very capable staff delivered! I have an Old English Sheepdog...it's not a breed that is sought after because of the grooming requirements. I've never been so pleased with the results! Salon/spa lives up to its name. No doggy smell, calm, relaxed, friendly staff, & pups that just fall in love with their groomer. Elvis wasn't stressed, instead he was pampered & wasn't looking for mom to rescue him. Thank you Sara for a fantastic first time. We have found our groomer! read more
