During all that time, we were only ever informed of one incident -- over a year ago -- which was described as a brief "scuffle" while several dogs went through a gate together. We were told there were no injuries, and after a short break, our dog returned to play with no further issues. There were no other incidents that day or at any other time until we were informed of his dismissal when we picked him up at the end of the day. Since his dismissal, we've made multiple attempts to get details about any other incidents and were denied. We even tried to speak directly with the practice owner and veterinarian, but she never responded. This has been extremely disappointing. As responsible pet parents, we wanted to understand what happened so we could address any behavioral issues -- but we were given no opportunity to do so. After years of loyalty to both the clinic and daycare (with as many as three dogs in their care at a time), the lack of transparency and unwillingness to communicate has left us questioning everything. They denied us any chance to correct behavior and keep our relationship as customers, and the practice owner's silence speaks volumes about how little they value long-term clients.

Alyssa is the Office Manager and a highly respected peer in my dog obedience competiton family of friends. Alyssa warmly welcomed me, and there is no looking back. I can pop in, and put one of my dogs on the scale at anytime. This is part of my dog training protocol, to acclimate dogs for being excellent little model citizens when we visit the vet. Dr Wiley has been great, and beginning of 2023 the addition of Dr. Laura Conley. We love the veterinary team at New Pittburg. They have been very accomodating during the past three years with me and the various situations that come with dog ownership and responsiblity.. New Pittsburg Vet Clinic treats me and my dogs with professionalism, respect, and compassion. We heartily recommend them to all of my dog clients. We brought home a…read morepuppy 12/31/24 who was later diagnosed with a heart murmur that was found at a well puppy check I took the puppy to. It was a grade 2 heart murmur. I was sent to the Cardiologist with the puppy to confirm . He was nine weeks old 15 pounds . The blood flow should've been 16 and he scored 24 . The doctor told me he could grow out of it. It could stay the same, or it could get worse . And he wanted to see us back in about nine months . And the paperwork from Golden Buddies had nothing about heart murmur mentioned on the paperwork .Matter of fact the paperwork said his testicles were present and they didn't even drop yet . When I called Chelsea at Golden Buddies to inform her she acted like she didn't know she put her husband on the phone. He knew even less . They offered me a replacement puppy. I was too attached and I would never send that that puppy back into that environment. He lived in a barn and on the way home he was throwing up, sawdust .The parents of my puppy were Willow and Barley. They told me one of the parent dogs was checked and one was not . Makes you wonder who would breed dogs without checking them. I demanded they pay for the EKG for the puppy. It was $535 . And they did . I told them I would pay the second one . Which I did . Now here we are at age 14 months. The puppy is 64 pounds. The blood flow should be 16 and he scored 112 . He is on heart medication and is expected to live extremely short life. This condition was not disclosed to us at the time of purchase, despite being something that should have been identified or at least mentioned by a responsible breeder. When I told them about the condition, I also told him that my vet and Cardiologist said I must mention this to the breeders immediately they cannot be breeding these dogs. When I went on their website to get ready to notify Chelsea, I noticed that Willow and Barkley have a current litter. They did not learn their lesson now it's time for them to learn their lesson. I will notify the AKC and post on every social media outlet to keep others from being in the position I am in. Since bringing our puppy home, we've faced significant emotional stress and unexpected veterinary expenses, all while worrying about our dog's quality of life. Breeders have an ethical responsibility to prioritize the health of their animals. And to be transparent with their buyers.

Disappointed in the results! When I made the appointment for my dog I told them he was a rescue…read moredog and I had no clue as to his history or how he would react. No problem she said! Took him in was not even home yet and my phone rings told me he had matted hair and would need to be cut closer no problem. I just want him to be groomed. The next call was about aggression and she couldn't finish him because he snapped at the blow dryer. The next phone call was come and get him. When I picked him up the bill was 45.00 higher then quoted for a dog my size. His hair cut is a mess. Uneven he looks sad. before I left she gave me a phone number to another groomer that does grooming to sedated animals You must be nuts to think that I would use anyone you recommend I was also told your dog is not a fit for our salon AKA Don't come back !
